I noticed you have a credit card provider for your sleepy content. Check with this credit card provider if they will take 'snuff' content before you invest the time in making videos. Both Visa and MasterCard International will not take such content since about 2002. A biller may take it but will get caught eventually, then your credit cards are pulled, your bank account is frozen, and may have to pay large fines.

We have 2 - 3rd party download sites tPAP and Nicheclips but the first has no credit card provider and Nicheclips has something set up where credit cards are secretly used for a select group but not for new members.

Here is a recent inquiry to take a community site to a regular credit card biller and the answer which is stantard for our material:

Here is the international standard for our material.
Application to a credit card biller and reply.

August 27, 2009

Thanks for your request to process with XXXXXX. I am sorry to say that we can't accept your website. Below is a list of what our bank will not allow us to process for. So even if we set it up, they will block it on their end.

- Snuff
- Any kind of association with dead people
- Violence
- Teens
- Necrophilia
- Rape
- Bestiality

tPap lost at least 2 credit card providers and I think they lost there last one in August 2009. My understanding there is No Sex allowed in any of the videos. They were caught by a Visa International Investigator not by the biller.

My site has lost so many credit card providers I lost count at 10 and each time I lost money. On one occasion I lost $51,000 in fines ( I guess fines since they just took my money).

I personally would leave well enough alone with what you have now since it appears you are not in anyone's radar.

If you are going forward I emailed for your questionnaire

Are you going to be producing superheroine death videos? That's a personal favorite theme of mine.

Hi Evangelene,

This is the age old problem with our genre.

There are solutions but they need to be discussed off line.

Dennis in an expert on the subject.

He and I have spoken about it many times and we are going to try to work out some better solutions in the future.

Stick to true horror advertising. The minute you go in a "necro" direction they figure it out and deny content.

All you guys have it ALL wrong !

There is one set of rules for film studios and different ones for amateur productions ( no insult intended).

When a studios makes SAW ( 1,2,3,4,5 to x) or Hostel (1,2 etc) or any of the Freddy movies it is mainstream and its fine, but if YOU make it even more tame then the studios you will be killed by the System. That is how the System protects itself. That is why you can peddle a stolen porn on E Bay and pay for it with PayPal. :shake:

The excuse that it will not be any different then some flicks from the 80ties make no difference. You will NOT find flicks like: "I Spit On Your Grave" , "Salo", most of the WIP flicks anywhere either, they have essentially been banned in what is called The Land of the Free... wake up America, Taliban rules you already and you ar too dumb to notice !!

I made this same argument 5 years ago.

This is not about content but about money and who can afford the legal strength.

Nevertheless the merchant service practices are in place, and put a real roadblock in the way of the independent producer.

But...let's not gang up on poor America. Consider countries such as Great Britan wherein some por fellow risks going to jail just for having this kind of content on his computer.

Isn't America still free compared to that?

I really like this country. I joke a lot about being the only person in my row who spoke English the day I became a citizen, but it was an exciting moment for me.

Learning from other people's mistakes rather than having to make them yourself, is a hallmark of wisdom. You really have spared yourself a nightmare by making this decision.

Yes, they take a fair cut, but they do the hosting for you and bring their own traffic to your store (which is not a small thing, try and get that quantity of traffic on your own). And the fact that they have an established system in place whereby people can purchase this content without running afoul of the credit card censorship more than justifies their percentage.

I just wish they would separate the crush fetish stores from the rest of us.

Hi Eve,

Yes it's one of the safe moves right at the moment.

Dennis and I have been talking about this for 5 years.

There may be a better long term sloution, but I have a a lot my plate for the next 6 weeks or so.

Once I get those things done I intend to talk to him again about it.
