For me stranglings are about the only deaths that do anything for me. Shootings are to impersonal and messy and stabbings while personal are too messy. I don't like blood or the victims body being damaged so visibly.

So strangling allows for a highly personal struggle between the victim and attacker. And unlike with a gun or knife it's not so onesided. It's a struggle, a battle of wills. It takes effort and strength for the attacker and isn't just an easy 'shoot' or 'stab' and win. The attacker has to wear her down and keep up the pressure all while she's fighting her heart out.

And also with that close personal struggle there is a lot of their bodies rubbing together, especially with f/f strangling. And that adds SO much to the enjoyment with two attractive women struggling against each other while one strangles the other to death. And if there is some nudity or stripping during the struggle even better.

I also love additions like the sound of the windpipe breaking at the end of the strangle, it adds a kinda reasonable cue that the victim is dead, a lot of strangle videos I've seen I have a hard time telling when exactly the the victim is dead so that really helps. I also like if the strangling was so intense her neck just breaks and snaps from it, followed by some spasming twitches when it happens.

The once dead I always love a post death neck snap from the attacker just to make sure and also as a way for the attacker to further spite the victim. And the victim has a nice death stare once dead.

same here. Strangle kill method is my favorite among kill methods. Its a clean kill. Which works well when the vic is a sexy character of sorts like a nurse or a librarian etc. The ligature can be a pair of pantyhose or a stocking which makes it even more sexy because its a female clothing item. Makes it extra special I think. The leg action like in pantyhose or bare is hot too. The struggle is hot as well. You see the fear in their eyes as they struggle. If they loose a heel off their sexy foot then thats another fetish element. The thoughts of not seeing their family again maybe goes through their minds. Then of course the smallest fetish element. the death stare. The lifeless eyes looking straight ahead or rolled back into their heads. That ghostly white death stare that I seen a couple of times. So a strangle fetish has many little fetishes attached to it.

Strangling is very personal. I'm primarily a catfight fan. Strangling is one of several coup de grace moves that I find interesting to end a fight. Or in the context of a spygirl scenario. A slow way to extricate information before spygirl elimination.

I also like the up close and personal aspect of strangulation. On Tuesday, I filmed a Method Acting episode with Naughty Nicole, and this is how she ended up... her body draped over mine...

Oh. I've bought a few of those already. Those and the bluestone co-productions. Theres a few other I want to get when time permits. Most recently I liked was it called passcode. With that oriental chick. Would like to see her in something again. The other girl was hot too. But the oriental was a better actress I think. Her strangle scene was more believable. If a little fast.

If I had naughty Nicole in my lap. I'd be much more interested in mixed strangling. But alas I do not.

Like some of the others have said, a lot of it is the personal struggle that is involved. Seeing one woman overpower and defeat another, basically with her bare hands, is a big part of it.

Then there are the little details which each of us looks for, like Egeek said. For me the woman's eyes rolling up as she begins to lose the fight is something that I love (not eye crossing, which to me looks comical more than anything). The loser's legs going limp as she loses consciousness is also nice. The twitching that OOAgent mentioned can be great too. These are all signs that she has basically lost the battle against her enemy.

The most important thing, though, are the sounds that the actress makes. In this regard, I differ from Blue. I actually dislike the whole panting/moaning sound during the strangle. I prefer if the actress tries to sound like she is choking/gurgling. Some actresses do this really well and others do not. This alone can make or break a movie for me. The problem with this is that, unless there is a preview trailer or you know the actress from previous films, you basically have no idea of what sounds the actress makes during the strangle.

But anyways, the long drawn out battle to the death is probably the main reason that I like strangles. But as with any other style of death, the acting/directing/camerawork are what really matter.

As a footnote, Debbie D has taken advantage of our continuing skit variations and has been trying different strangling death processes including wide-eyed, various tongue actions, struggling, and tighter ligatures. It is amazing how much "bite" she can tolerate. She also has a long time ability for eyes open w/o blinking

Yes,it always helps if the victim is hot. I enjoy a video where the girl is grabbed from behind,so she has no idea whats coming. I also enjoy the attacker talking a little trash while strangling our victim. The struggle has to realistic. I dont like when the girl being strangled is laughing or otherwise ignoring the situation shes in. Finally,I enjoy the girl being strangled begging to be let go or some other way for her to try and stop the attacker.

There's a few things I like about strangles. The metaphor of violence as a stand-in for the sex act is clearer in shootings and stabbings, because bullets and knives are slightly phallic in appearance. But I feel strangles are more intimate. There's more contact between the killer and the victim, which makes things feel closer and more personal. Strangling also allows the victim to thrash and struggle more, and finally give way to twitching, which to me also replicates the sex act. Also, I love the sounds women make in a strangle. Strangling sounds can be very close to sexual noises, and when it comes to your actresses, Petra is the queen of that. It's hard to tell if she's supposed to be in pain or ecstasy just based on vocalizations. You have to look at her face, and even then sometimes she looks closer to orgasm than to agony. I find that very hot. Coco from Chris's Corner/Taboo Cinema is also great at this. In fact, in some videos she actually is dying in orgasm, so the sounds do become indistinguishable.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Raven Alexis and Belle Fatale are frighteningly good at selling just how terrible being strangled really is. They fight violently, have some spooky as fuck facial expressions, and have some of the most disturbing death stares I've ever seen. For your actresses, Mink is probably the best at this. She's easily one of the most beautiful fetish actresses ever, but she can create some of the most awe-inspiring pain faces of all time. And yet, there's something equally hot about that. They bring you directly into the experience at its most raw and unstylized, and that level of intimacy is a turn-on for me. I might hate myself afterwards, but while it's going on, I can't help but get excited because I feel like I'm right there with them.
