He probably doesn't know what he's doing, as he moves the body, ragdolls the dead girl, cuts her shirt off and tears her stockings apart with his own hands. He even ends up groping the dead girl's feet for his personal entertainment.

At the end of his despicable inspection, he carries the dead girl on the ground where a body bag is waiting, and zips the body into it. Hopefully at the hospital there is someone better than this, but all the evidence are seriously compromised


Portuguese Subversive Guillotine

A group of portuguese subversives have been captured and condemned to death. Here we see the sad fate of #8, a girl in her twenties, who is allowed to record a last speech first (in portuguese, I have no idea what she says), and then she is brought into the execution room where she's strapped to the guillotine using two belts (chest and legs). During the preparation, she keeps swearing in her own language and resisting to the headsman.

She is quickly executed and suddenly it's silence. The headsman undoes the belts and the floppy arms slide down; he pulls down the body's pants uncovering the right butt, where he writes "#8" with a marker. That's how they keep a record of the executed prisoners. The guillotine is ready for the next one.
