Velvets plays a young woman who needs her Jacuzzi fixed, but the repairman is more interested in ogling her body. When she refuses to strip for him, he attacks her, choking her into unconsciousness. Then, he places her in the tub and tries to dunk drown her. She fights him off, so he ends up strangling her to death as she thrashes about in the tub.
