A Conundrum?

Ah here is a conundrum for all the responsible death fetish sites.
It seems that most independent producers, DF sites & message boards (but probably not all) support a self imposed rule of not using or showing underage female death scenes.
Now here is a thought What if there is a scene from a movie where a 21 year old female plays a 16 year old gets killed or murdered or lets say you have a 17 year old playing a 20 year old. Then by their self made rules, can they show scenes like the two examples I just mentioned? Better yet, what about a lot of these Japan animation flicks / videos where a lot of them show big eyed girls that look 12 to 16 years of age and are dressed in middle school uniforms who get molested and or killed in a lot of very graphic ways. I just thought all this is quite interesting to think about and throw it out there.

This is the "fine line" that most boards and owners/moderators have to walk....

In the groups that I ran, No matter what the situation, if the "subject" appears to be underage ( like a schoolgirl ) it is not shown, no matter if the actress is underage or 35.

I avoided the whole Japanese school girl thing for just that reason.

It is so hard to tell age, and unless there is a statement with the pics or vid attesting that the models are over 21 or 18 or whatever, it usually is a matter left up to the site owner.

I agree with you Nightposter even though this is site and a lot others are not porn and or does not promote it, these death fetish sites still promote very adult theme materal so I understand most of them being careful in what they show.

In all the videos I've been associated with, the models are over 18 and portray characters who are over 18. No ifs ands or buts.

Most websites are trying to abide by the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257) in order to avoid running afoul of U.S. laws. Once we post that we abide by this law, we have to ensure that all actresses are of legal age and be able to prove this fact. That is one consideration.

I believe that another consideration is that webmasters want to ensure that they do not cross the line into child pornography. Some of our material could be considered to be pornographic. Since there is a demand for this type of material, pornography has been accepted in this community; however, I feel that we MUST draw the line at child pornography, and take a stand against it.

Hi,

Most, if not all the death fetish sites and boards ,claim that the models used are 18
years of age or older. However, some sites do portray their actresses as being teenagers,
and pushes the envelope as to how old this character is that they are portraying. The school girl look is very popular with many customers and I might add that many colleges do not
have school uniforms. Thus the implication is that the actress is portraying possibly a high
school student. It may not be wrong, but I would never suggest or write a custom where
this thin line is drawn. An underage actress, especially one that is obviously a child is defiinitely taboo.

Understand ,that with the exception of child poronography, I do not look down
upon these sites, nor do I feel superior to them. The bottom line is that there is a demand
by the public for these types of videos involving young school girls or simply very young looking girls. Unfortunately , there is also a demand for child porno, otherwise no one would
make those type of videos.

I confess. I am a certified pervert. And, in my "fantasy" life, I am that janitor at "blah blah blah" high school. I grew up watching sleaze-fest sexploitation movies like "The Cheerleaders" and every 80's horror movie seemed to gravitate around high school age characters. Tracy Lords at 15 in her 1984-1987 porn career certainly netted high sales and big trouble for that industry. We stress to much about age in this country...certainly as apposed to others in the world. Granted that is plenty of exploitation that goes around, but there is plenty of consensual stupidity as well, and, that's all it should be considered.

But, laws of the land must be followed, otherwise chaos and anarchy will encroach on society. So, with that, there are attempts to appeal to what the masses truly want, in a legal way.

You may not know this, but, in particular, that is the niche that I have developed on my site over the years. I hire young, amateur teenagers in early collage-age students for the most part. Now, the laws are sort of vague. You are generally not supposed to imply that a girl is under 18 in a scenario that contains sexually explicit content. But, this is subjective. So, I create my scenario, place my actress and allow the customer (you) to apply your age to that character. But, for all intensive purposes, she is 18 and supposed to be 18. I simply cannot control what you want her to be in your fantasy. If I feel there needs to be an age stated in dialogue in the movie, it is always 18 or older. What is funny, is the actresses themselves have often, in the course of a scenario when asked their age by the perp character, misstated something younger, as they themselves fantasies what age they would be. Unfortunately, I would have to re-take the dialogue. :-)

For instance. Tonight, I am putting out a movie about a mother and her daughter who is a ballerina. The girl could look 15--much younger--really. But, she is not. She is 19. It is not a crime to look young--more like a gift. In the scenario, she is showing her mom her ballerina moves. This is something that can be applied to many age ranges. The customer will decide. Fortunately, there are no though police--yet.

Here is where the line might be drawn and where there have been producers (like Extreme Teen), in the general porn industry that have run into trouble. That is portraying the girl in pigtails, lollypop, young talking, etc. While I have done pigtails, while I have had a girl sleeping in a room with stuffed animals, I have never attempted to blatantly establish a character at such a young age that it feels forced. I hope that makes sense.

I would love to do a mainstream production with no sexual content that is non-fetish that has under 18 victims. But, I doubt that will happen because of the potential association with my current productions.

Anyhow, to compensate, I am shooting with 42 year old Tomiko next week. She is smokin' hot!!!!
