NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS!
Overnight (Saturday Night) and into the morning hours there will be some disruptions of the FF board as we upgrade to the latest version so that we can add the Chatbox function.
So, if you cannot access the board during that time, do not fear... FF is not going anywhere and will be back online before you know it!

Hi All,
The upgrade is complete and the chatbox added, but we will still be tweaking the style to get back to a darker style that shows coloured text better... and is cooler! 
Hold on, and I'll let you know when all is finished and the FF board has been brought completely to its new look.

Bluestone just gave us a heads up on that.
So by the time you go to your local pub and have a brew (or two :- )
And by the time you get back... things should be looking more normal again.

Looks good for the most part but I'm not diggin' the blue-on-black for thread titles or menus.

I understand but good web design includes establishing a balance between personal taste and user friendliness:
Why Consider Color Contrast in Web Design
For your sake, I won't bring it up again but I won't particularly enjoy visiting FF anymore, either. The lack of contrast is too much of an eyesore for me. At the very least, consider using a lighter shade of blue.

I was only joking, Nyghtfall. Blue is my favourite colour, but there are many shades of blue. I'll try to soften the contrast.

It's quite surprising the new general presentation at the beginning,
I will get used to it with a little practice, that said, a little darker as on the old version would be a little better, I really liked the contrast of the old version ...
