Hello everybody,

Yesterday my account at DA has been suspended. The message I got with was:

" Our moderation team has indefinitely suspended your account.

The administrator also added the following comment: Submission of fantasy or fetish based themes which are considered to be nonconsensual, unsafe, illegal, or otherwise objectionable".

I know I am not the first and won't be the last.

At the moment I am only sad and feel empty. I am thinking about how to go on. Maybe I'll open a new account with only some teaser pics and link them to a place where my sets can be bought for a little amount.

Sorry to hear that, Garbriela. Yes, sadly DA are cutting off anyone who is in the slightest bit daring or controversial... At htis rate they won't have any artists left, after all, what is art if it is not daring and controversial, or stimulating?

Still, don't worry there is still this place or FN where you can exhibit your creative studies.

Sorry to hear about this. At least there are some alternatives, like here, as xj mentioned. I left DA a long, long time ago. Too many artists I enjoyed kept vaporizing from the site, all suspended, and some nothing more than hot girls with fantasy monsters and such, just posing and not even in peril.

This is a major bummer. My sympathies.

I'd more than happy to open up a page for you at the blog.
It would give you a soft place to land and settle for a while

Thank you all for your nice comments. I have opened a new account at DA (see my signature), still not sure what to post there. My old friend Solstice from Amfight already told me that he can help me selling my sets... we will see about that!

What about using Pivix to post images? They don't censor like DA.

It's not just about posting a pic. I used to publish big sets with many pictures that had a story, too. All my dedication, passion and love is in them. It's also about the community, the exchange, meeting new people and friends. And I don't want to bury my art next to underage porn at Pivix.

I am definitely in agreement with you Gabriela regarding how much more DA is compared to a picture site like Pivix. It is no where the same as DA even for myself who just enjoys what other people create.
