I have seen this film before, it is actually a very good high-quality and well produced British Indi-short, made I think in the late 90's or early noughties and probably inspired by UKSG's success.
Sadly I do not know where it is currently available for purchase, nor the name of the original company who made it other than that they made a couple of others with the same cast.
This headshot itself is extremely professionally and believably put together. Purists may think it is over too quickly, which it is, but on the other hand the director was going for realism rather than titillation.
