It's look like a release from the Crime House production. It is written in chinese in the down right of the screen.

I sure do recognize it. It was my custom! Spy vs. Clones by Wild Stories. Great clips! If it's got Chinese subtitles, it's a ripoff!

Wild Stories did a wonderful job with this one. I recommend it. Like you, I love to see henchwomen and villainesses get their just desserts!
