She looks like Tina Krause, and if so she is in a few videos.

That pic is from a video from one of Bluestones studios. I think it's a Scotland yard vid and I think the video is called frenzy??? Anyway, that lady gets strangled in that vid. It's one of only a few strangle vids I like. :)
