Erased (2012): Three great deaths

Just recently discovered this movie. I've always known of the death scene to Olga Kurylenko in this movie, but I just discovered two other great ones.
In the opening scene of the movie, an innocent CIA lady in a dress shirt and a skirt is gunned down as part of a raid. Unfortunately we only see her body, and not the scene she is shot, but what a death it is, just a few seconds into the film. I would love to get the name of this actress, if anyone knows it.
The second one takes place about 34 minutes in, and it's an innocent nurse gunned down in the crossfire of a shootout scene. Looks like she is hit a couple times and slides down the wall. Very realistic bullet hit reactions in this one.
The third one is the previously mentioned Olga Kurylenko. This one has been making the rounds for years, but it's still great. Around the 1:25:00 mark, Olga, in skirts and tights, is unexpectedly stabbed getting into a car. She's then stabbed a few more times by the assailant and then thrown down. She then tries to crawl away but dies on the pavement. Some great sounds and moans in this one too.
