I check these producers now and then and noticed some nice videos that looked good. I bought one so far.

The producers of the Lady7Cakes site have several different sites with different emphases. I believe they are Ukrainian. My favorite of their sites is - wait for it - malekilldom.com. The videos generally involve combat of some kind and a fatal ending. The production quality and performances are pretty good all things considered. The knife fight video you mentioned was a bit tame, there are some bloodier and more brutal scenes on MaleKillDom. No nudity or explicit sexual content other than groping, but still pretty hot. Their custom prices are very reasonable as well and they are very responsive.

100% agree, I just came across these sites within the last week. I've purchased a few videos from Fetish Fights. They are on the expensive side, but well worth it for the quality of the acting and the production.
