HOW TO ADD ACTIVE LINKS TO YOUR POSTS

An active or hyper link is a website address (URL) which when clicked takes you directly to its website or a particular webpage within the site. There are two ways to add active links to your posts, post replies and private messages.

The Hard Way:
1. Create a post as previously described
2. Type in your text in the message box
3. Beneath your text, accurately type in the complete URL beginning with http://. However, this isn't always easy, since some URLs contain more than one-hundred characters and symbols.
4. Click PREVIEW to check for errors
5. Click SUBMIT

The Easy Way:
1. Open the website or webpage you want to link.
2. Right-click on the URL found in your browser's address bar
3. In the dropdown menu that appears, left-click COPY
4. Create a Femme Fatalities post as previously described.
5. Right-click on an empty space in the message box below your text.
6. In the dropdown menu that appears, left-click PASTE
7. Click PREVIEW to check for errors
9. Click SUBMIT
