Petra plays a sexy psychiatrist who is targeted in her home office at midnight by one of her obsessive patients (Victor). The man is obsessed not only with her but with the strangulation of beautiful women. First he tries to make out with Petra, but when she rejects his advances, he slaps her. She flees, but he grabs her ankle, pulling her down, then pulls her up and tosses her into a chair. After pulling down the top of her dress to reveal her stupendous breasts, he wraps a necktie tightly around her slender neck and commences a long, but action-packed, strangle. For this Director's Cut version, we have increased the pace of the strangle... making it more brutal and adding a neck break as the climax!
