EMPTINESS (Shooting)
Lilly Scarpo is a mob wife. Her husband Antonio runs the whole East side and his family reaches deep all around the world. Lilly has been married to him for twelve years, since she was eighteen, and in the last couple of years the life of crime has turned her sour, the late nights lying awake waiting for her husband to come home were over, she finally was going to tell Antonio that she was leaving him. She knows him well though and is anticipating him knowing at least something. She arranges a time to meet him at his office, away from the home, and away from where she would feel less safe. Right now she just wants to make peace and get his approval to leave forever. She also has an idea that it probably won't happen that way. She comes dressed in his favorite attire, a slim fitting white dress, a small clutch to match, and the sandal type heels he bought for her overseas. She has no idea that on her way over he decided to make his own plans and exit strategy from the marriage. He orders his ace bodyguard Mario to come to the office and sneak in the back. He also tells him to pack the mack and an extra clip to execute his plan. As she walks through the threshold of the doorway, her heels click and clack on the tile, then as she steps into Antonio's office, she stands tall and takes a proud stance. They say their hellos, and she remains standing as Antonio does sitting in his chair, nervous but calm. Antonio asks if it is true, she says "yes". He says the guys name with question, because at one time he was his right hand man, "Tom?", and she reacts with a passionate reply about not being loved for twelve years and what it is like to feel empty, lonely, and without romance. She argues her and Tom will meet in Mexico as soon as she can leave she will meet him there. Antonio is furious, but he makes a deal with her. "Lilly, if you can make it out that door, you are free to go, I will even sign the papers." Lilly is startled that Antonio wouldn't even try and fight for her, she snorts, "Like that huh?" Antonio snaps his fingers and replies, "Like that."
"Bye Antonio" she mumbled as she turned to head to the door, with pride, not knowing what to expect. Antonio is upset, so he grabs his 45 pistol and as she hits the tile with her heels, he fires one round through the small of her back through her tummy, and out the middle of the clutch she is holding. She looks down at the smoldering hole in the small purse, then sees she is also hit, when she notices the blood on the other side of the clutch. She comes to from the brief initial shock and realization and breaks for the door, but Antonio fires two more rounds right above the one in her tummy. She flails forward a bit more into the foyer, losing balance as she tries to assess her wounds, and grip what is happening. Antonio is done with her and pops her four more times in the upper abdomen making her body jerk from the hits, and her legs wobble. Her heels are clacking against the tile as she tries to get a handle on the wall. The blood is starting to pour out of her mouth and she goes down hard, hitting the floor with her knees and going to the floor, her tummy and back are all messed up with bullet holes. Seven, forty five caliber rounds through her white dress makes a bloody mess, but he is here to make sure that the bond of marriage stays more than just a flight to Vegas, a bubble gum ring, and a license. As she tries to climb to the wall, slipping as she attempts to get a grip on the hinges in all of the blood and mess. She gets to her feet and think she is making her escape when Antonio yells out, "Hey Mario, take her out!" As Lilly gains her vision and sees who is there, it is Mario, a guy she has known for many years, Antonio's right hand man and personal guard. He is standing in the back room, Mac 11 in hand, close range and fires on her. He aims above the gut and hits her a few times, in three ten round bursts. Mario makes sure she is taken out as he delivers the rounds with the machine gun. Her body jerks and flails as she takes ten to the chest. Mario backs away, knowing she is dead in a matter of time. She tries to gather herself, heels sliding on the floor, coughing up blood and chunks of lung, she wipes her mouth, fixes her skirt, and wheezes, as she labors to breathe. She musters up enough energy to tell Antonio he was supposed to let her go meet Tom in Mexico, the look of disappointment turned to nothing immediately and she falls to the floor, landing on her ass, her legs stretched across the tile. She coughs up more blood as she twitches and tries to move a bit, but her twitches turn to death as she slides down the door and goes limp, a last little trickle of blood oozing from her mouth on to the floor. She is dead and so we look at her body and see the holes left by the lead bullets, and how she is no longer "Empty" but full of lead. Her sexy body is panned and viewed from many angles. Maybe he let her go, for good now. He checks her over once more before exiting for more views of the dead, sexy, Lilly Scarpo.

DOCTOR ADREENA BONDAGE STRANGLE (Strangling)
Doctor Adreena has to deal with one last patient for the day, so she tells her partner in work that he can go home, she will do the job. Alone in the area, she enters the patient's room but doesn't see him. She is assaulted (implied)
Scene fades back in showing the mentally deranged patient finishing tying her up. His plan is to steal her medical coat, badge and stethoscope so he can escape the hospital, as he doesn't like it. Before leaving, he plays with her feet, as she likes them, and gropes her body - But, since she struggles too much in the bondage, he decides to strangle her to death although he originally wanted to do no harm.
