You could make your bad guys even more sick and depraved, Blue and Director B.
For example, you could have one of the villians boasting to Teen Bat what he's going to do to, and play with her body once he's dead (don't have to show naything like that, it only has to be implied, which is encouragement for her to fight just that little bit harder!)

I have a plot about a teen superheroine that could apply to Teen Bat.
Plot: A teen student is checking at her desktop PC and find something very interesting for her, much info about female crimefighters: White Angel, Supernova, Wondra, Ultrawoman, Dark Canary, etc and it awake her interest to try to imitate them, then she takes a secret identity Teen Bat, but she doesn't know how much perils those female crimen fighters confronted and she will know soon.

There are already pervert bad guys in the bluestone superheroine's production !!! Agent X, Red ribbon strangler and the psycho in the Frenzy series etc...

They already did some contrasts that I love to watch ! It is not new for them ! Doesn't need porn related scenes to put pervert bad guys in their production and I don't like fuck scenes, there are many pervert bad guys in the erotic fetish production.

I didn't say to film any such scenes, Total Libertarianism, it just needs to be implied. And yes, some of the bad guys Bluestone has come up with over the years have been pretty, well, 'bad'.

Yeah I'd honestly love to see that added in. I don't mean show it, but imply and talk about what will be done to the heroine afterwards would add a lot in my opinion
