Searching for great bagging scene of brunette

This is another of these fleeting youtube clips that vanish as quickly as they appear. It seemed modern, 00s or 10s movie or show, (probably movie).

A dark, short-haired hottie enters the stall of a public restroom, terrified at being presumably hunted for her life. She has a mini panic attack inside the stall, before reluctantly coming out a few moments later, only to be jumped from the killer from behind and smothered to death with a plastic bag. Lots of nice struggling and moaning.

Please, anyone know what i'm talking about? It is a great scene.

Yeahhh I remember that video but it's kinda low quality and also looking for it the same thing. Must be a movie.
