I really liked the Trail by Fire! Please more like this with smaller blades! And it seems like the site is extremely slowing down the last times. Whats it about? It took me 1 hour to download the file…

The running time of "Trial by fire" is over 28 minutes.
This is nearly 3x as much as our average standard videos,
and thus it takes longer to download.

I'm also experiencing problems on the last two downloads.
Trial by fire is taking more than 4 hours to download!

I think it's not Amazon-warriors issue. I'm trying to download and update for my DS car and tells me 5 hours to complete. It's weird because my internet speed test said that I'm downloading at 600.

If it helps, I'm from Barcelona.

For me, the site has been VERY slow all day, even displaying an image takes ages.
My internet speed seems OK, and other sites don't have a problem, so I don't know what the problem is.

I have also been having trouble with the main site lately. It's very slow to load anything. And it says trial by fire will take up to ten hours to download :(

On the other hand, I loved the new video with Leandra. Hope we get to see more of her. She's my all time favorite!

But it’s also not my ISP! My download and upload is on the max on a fiber network. Your overall site speed is slower the last time. Even the images take long to download. I was a bit optimistic about the 1 hour but actually was around 3 hours for the download.

I´m tending to think that there might be a temporary overload on our servers.

I got messages from other users as well.
So far I can say that “Trial by fire” is a quite long movie (over 28 minutes) and thus the file size is triple as big as for our usual movies.
So also the download time is around 3x as long as for most other movies.

But I also noticed that the website itself loads quite slow, and for this issue I don´t yet have an explanation.
I´m in contact with my webhoster about this issue, and I hope to get an answer soon.

Other users also reported me that there are times when the site loads very slow and a few hours later it loaded much faster.
This is a sign that there are simply many users downloading videos at the same time, which leads to a decrease of download speed.
It´s really high time that we finally get our new site to work, but it´s very hard and frustrating to find a new payment provider.
Sadly we didn´t yet have a breakthrough in this matter.

I expected that it will be hard to get a new business partner, but I didn´t expect that it would be THIS hard.
The contract with my current provider is ending soon, so slowly it becomes really urgent.

So if anyone knows a reliable service for processing online payments, then I´m thankful for every hint!
