For me, I wouldn't want there to be any ambiguity as to whether or not the heroine derives pleasure. In fact, I wouldn't want the orgasm to only be an involuntary body reaction, but something the heroine desires and seeks. And her desire might not only be secretive. I thought Petra's attitude in both Assassination Agenda movies was extremely hot, as she got turned on by being shot! See, this works really well for me. Not the chastity powers link, thing. That's just rape and I'm not here for it. Almost ambiguous and stop the projectile vomiting effect.
