In the scene it starts with two girls staying together (probably roommates) one girl is very innocent looking and has short hair while the other girl seems mischievous. The mischievous girls engages the innocent girl into sex of threesome MFF the man is a bbc, the innocent girl is shy and tries her best to revolt. Then the mischievous girl suddenly takes out a knife and hands it to the man, and as they fuck she kisses the innocent girls and slowly places the mans hand with knife into the innocent girls neck and presses the knife, the innocent girls revolts and while getting fucked gets her throat cut and dies during the session, The room is dimly lit and seems like a short horror flim or so.

2. Short movie , a sequence was available in YouTube. Now I can't find it.

I don't THINK it's this, but it sounds pretty close: Ballad in Blood (2016). There is a scene where a shy girl is getting fucked and gets her throat cut by another woman during. Not exactly as you described though.
