An Update From MPACKD Studios...

Hi Folks!! This is my first post in this forum as a 'producer'. Kat and I wanted to tell you all that our first video, "Trailer Trashed", is set for release on June 20. We hope you'll check it out in the Black Nylons Stores at Genre Videos and Niche Clips. Thanks!!!

After talking with Tommygun, we have moved the release date back to June 25th. We'll do our best to make it worth the wait.

We had to push back the release of Trailer Trashed due to a few errors we found while going through the final edit. Rest assured, the wait will be worth it. It should be ready for release by Sunday evening.

So, as of 08:26, I'm happy to report that our first video, "Trailer Trashed," is complete. That's the good news. The bad news is - it's 37 minutes long and 3.9GB!!! And THAT is the cut down version. The majority of the video is focused on the fetish stuff that Twitch likes. There's a lot of footage that's really awesome that won't be in this one, but - maybe in a director's cut...

Here are my questions to everyone...

Would breaking the video down into three or four separate download files deter you from seeing a video?

What size was the largest video you've ever downloaded and what issues did you encounter?

How long does a death scene and/or crime scene go on before you get "bored" with it (if you do actually tire of it, some may not)?

My understanding is that 15 minutes/1GB is the average. Is this a "rule" or are there videos out there that go beyond that?

No one wants this video released more than me. I'm so upset that it's still not released that I had a mild panic attack last night and another one at 3:00 am. Both triggered by my fear that the build up and missed deadlines will amount to a big let down, which I so don't want...

Anyway, thank you for your support and input! We're really listening and trying our best to incorporate as much as I can during this process.

Ummmm yeahh ok ... guess I am starting to be a fan of this lady ... Sexy and like her passion, for what she is doing.

Can only answer for myself .. About the largest download I will try for. 500 to 600 MB comfortably.
Think largest I have gone after .. Kat's Cash. Simply because, could not wait longer to check this lady out.

Depending on your computer, and system. Larger than that. If any problems happen or simply it gets larger. You can have server dump you/ give a timed out.
Then you have to hopefully start trying all over again.
Had that with old puter system. Large file, after few attempts, had good piece started. So was able to get through finally.

Possible idea for you ... So you do not lose so much.
Main focus .. intro the character story .. Why she is going to get hers ... Then to the deed .... and of course.. MMMMMmmm seeing her, the finished results of her killer.

Main points .... Here she is/ her character. What she did to get in trouble with killer. Confrontation, her demise. Then several wonderful views of her lovely dead self.
Maybe set up, for 2 hits, 500 Mb each, part one and two. Main feature ... 1 Gig combined approx.
THEN set up some other clips ... Cutting room floor .. Going in sequence or maybe type of fetish clip highlights. So they can get more of the whole, if they want to. Letting them know, what clips focus on/ fetish part of movie.

Again, few ideas/ thoughts. Hope they help.

BTW RELAX ... I am sure there are quite a few. Hoping to see more of Kat. Stress kills for real ... WE want you beautiful, de-stressed.. (Maybe disrobed). While dying for us many times, again and again ...)

You are always so kind and supportive. I like your ideas and thoughts and plan to incorporate them in the next video we produce. We were able to get the entire file size down to less than 600 MB. Have heard from some of our new friends from overseas and they were able to easily download the entire video.

I just didn't know that once I rendered it, then I could compress it. Learning as I go... Yes, stress can do very bad things. I try to find ways to release it so it doesn't do those bad things to me...

As far as your main points section goes... Her character was telling the story of what she did as she was writing in her diary. The phone call gave further support to what she was saying. I do so want to work in as many fetish elements as I can. Twitch and I have shot lots of footage (no puns intended) but figuring out how to write certain things in has been difficult. BUT - that doesn't mean that I don't have something up my sleeve for the next video...

Know this did not go as easy as planned. Also know different places. You had some people showing little faith, in your attempt.
