I can't speak for stalkers, Mr B, as I don't know any, but I have given Blue the nod privately in the past when I've encountered his Superheroine movies up on the net without his permission. It seems to be mainly sites based in Russia and the Far East that cause the most problems. All we can do is report it to Bluestone as quickly as possible and let him contact the Providers to get it taken down.
