I'm sure there are plenty of studies as to why some guys like the image of a beautiful woman smoking...It's always been very attractive to me. I don't smoke myself, but I've always dated women who do.

It may have something to do with the phallic image of a woman placing a cylindrical object in her mouth. Maybe that's why it's a smokin' hot image for some people. Just a guess.
