I have a couple questions about the two upcoming films. In the Ultrawoman 3 extreme version, is Lynda killed by strangulation or shooting? And will Ultrawoman 4 have a tongue out version of the strangle?

Good questions, but let's keep this discussion on "Ultrawoman 3: Return To Active Duty", a self-contained video. UW4 will not be out for some time and is a separate episode in the continuing Ultrawoman series.
Now, Amazons are very hard to kill, not unlike White Angels. Soooo, Ultrawoman is first killed by strangulation in the Extreme version (there are 'tongue out' and 'no tongue' versions of the Extreme version). So, if you're interested in a 'tongue out' strangle, get Ultrawoman 3! When Ultrawoman resurrects from this death later in UW3, she is shot multiple times after a failed bullets & bracelets attempt. That should answer your questions.

Only 3 days to go until the return of Lovely Lynda to the role that she originated in "Ultrawoman: The Secret Life and Death of Agent Steel"!
There will be three versions of this one and in both MP4 and WMV formats:
Sexy Superheroines 38 - "Ultrawoman 3: Return to Active Duty" - This is the Peril version where Ultrawoman survives (featuring a Darkwing cameo)
Vivacious Vigilantes 32 - "Ultrawoman 3: Return to Active Duty" - This is the Extreme/Death version where Ultrawoman is strangled into apparent death then, after she resurrects, is shot in a failed bullets and bracelets scenario.
Vivacious Vigilantes 32b - "Ultrawoman 3: Return to Active Duty" - Same as V.V.#32 above but with a tongue-out strangle

Purchased and watched!
Oh man, Lynda really is looking stunning in this video.
Enjoyed all of it, especially how she kept coming back and fighting on even when it appeared she was done for.
Just a couple of minor points for me (all down to personal taste, I expect others may disagree):
- I'd have liked a more sustained reaction to the low blow (Final Assignment is an example of where this was done perfectly when it panned on her down on the ground feeling the effects), same for after the bearhug when she's on the ground, a bit of writhing and clutching her back in agony would have been cool
- There were a couple of instances (I think during the bearhug bit) where the voiceover slightly detracted from her moans and screams, I'd rather have heard a clearer scream for example when he cracked her back
But that's just me nitpicking!!
Overall, my favourite BS purchase for a while largely due to it being Lynda, so can't wait for UW4!
I also really hope she'll be back for more videos (I'd love a Final Assignment sequel!) after these 2 UW films too!
