I also must state that if we do reach 40 it'll be up to Blue to green light it and we would expect all who have said yes to per-pay, once we have the money we will proceed.

This question will be answered by Blue when he's back on Monday. As I said it's up to him if he wants to move forward with this project now that 40 people have said yes and we know who those 40 people are.
