How about 'Nemesis' as an alternative for Elektra - it's a very old Greek name and basically means 'Retributive Justice'. It would be a great title for a vigilante superheroine who operates on both sides of the law.
BTW an alternative name for Nemesis in Ancient Greek is Rhamnousia/Rhamnusia, the demi-Goddess had her sanctuary just north of the plains of Marathon, and had her own actual religion in classical times.

I would definitely buy any Ms Marvel based characters and probably Psylocke.

I like the Psyblade name and would love to see some arrows or crossbow bolts get used

Yeah Nemesis works real well.

Well Psylocke can use bow and crossbow by using her telekinetic powers to generate psi-crossbows and psi-bows

Katana obviously primary weapon, but she could certainly use the psi-bow and psi-bolt

Psyblade stabbed with her own katana sounds interesting -- and ironic too.

Hi All,

I actually suggested Psyblade as the name of our Psylocke character some time ago. So, Psyblade it will be.

As for our Elektra... the jury's still out on that name, but I do like Nemesis.

Keep those suggestions coming...

That's actually a good idea. In the comics Bullseye kills Elektra with her own sai... if this vid will be Psylocke vs Elektra, having a back and forth fight until Elektra wins and chooses to kill her with her own katana would be really ironic and referential too...

Her katana isn't 100% telekinetic, it's a real sword, she usually just puts telekinetic energy over it to enhance it. The bow and crossbow she makes up are full 100% telekinetic energy, like a green lantern style energy constrcut.

So easy for the Elektra character to pick up her katana and pull her close and run her through with it.
How Ras al Ghul stabbed Thea Queen in Arrow would be an awesome way for her to do it too... just hold it out and then pull her up off the floor into it and let her lean against her as she fades and then yank it out and let her hit the floor again.

as for names, glad Psyblade seems assured.

Nemesis seems best fitting for Elektra, given the mythologial similarity in both wanting revenge and the name fits an Elektra character pretty well. But any obvious greek name should fit too.

THanx, Blue.
Surprised that nobody else out there has grabbed the name for a superheroine, considering how well known she is from Greek mythology.

I would love to see any of the following 'type' characters:

Ms Marvel
Psylocke (as already mentioned)

Non-super powered characters:
Lara Croft type adventuress
Harley Quinn type crazy villianess
Huntress type vigilante
Hitgirl type vigilante (younger, pink wig, plaid skirt as part of costume-call her Payback as in 'Paybacks a Bitch!')
Elektra type assassin

Suggestion for Elektra character name: Elexxa. Put her in red with bladed weapons and it will get the point across. I like the name Nemesis but I think that could fit with an original character as well. Might be better to hold that one for that purpose. Just a thought.

This does make a lot of sense, and will make it clearer that it's a Bluestone Elektra. What do the rest of you think of dbud's suggestion?

Yeah Elexxa works for sure, definitely makes it clearer it's an Elektra character.

Also like Fordo007's idea of Psyblade getting killed like Willa Holland was in Arrow, and the whole thing with 'Elexxa' using Psyblade's own katana to do it, that sounds really awesome.

everything on Psyblade and Elexxa that has been said sounds great.

In terms of other heroines I'd like to see..

Emma Frost, costume wouldn't be that hard, just white cape, white boots, white skirt, white bra.
Ms Marvel
Lara Croft
Talia al Ghul, would be awesome as a Darkwing villain who also has romantic past...

Dark Widow fighting Yelena Belova(the Marvel Dark Widow) would be an awesome vid. Maybe Yvonne's original Dark Widow can be the Yelena character to Claire's Natasha one.

Bountyhuntress to come back, if Kerie is Seer now just recast. Would LOVE a Birds of Prey type episode with Dark Canary or Black Bird and Bountyhuntress teaming up and both getting taken down...

Also I adore Willa Holland's Thea/Speedy character on Arrow, so having a red leather archer girl would be amazing as well.

Also would like a Maria Hill type character, maybe for Dark Widow's mission control, her own Seer type character.

I'd also like to see something "Lara Croft" style. I'm dreaming of a movie with various death traps, from spikes to arrows :) that would be quite challenging to accomplish, but if there's someone out there who could do that, then it is you guys! :)
