I want to be clear I am not making judgments on any producers in our community:
The video at http://www.poisonedparadigm.com/board/v ... ?f=9&t=435 the females were clearly wearing what I would think would be stereotypical school clothes, that are not shown in the clip posted.
However, having had custody of my daughter from 16 through 19 years old and seemingly along with her friends that seemed to be over at my home most of the time. These girls made every effort (which required very little) to dress for school and play to look in their early to mid twenties. As I found out, most had photo IDs showing their age in their early twenties so they could be served at bars. I also found out it was rare they were ever asked for IDs and served liquor in clubs and bars. I had many fights with them over this issue and several others....... since they were certain they were older, smarter and more experienced than me.
They never fit the criteria of looking like a school girl or even acting like one. I think at least in the US that will be the case for most girls in their mid teens and on.
Maybe girls in their preteens dress the part of the 'School Girl' look, and that is where I personally have problems. I view this type of dress that of a child under 13.
The video at http://www.poisonedparadigm.com/board/v ... ?f=9&t=435 were wearing what I would think would be school clothes for a child under 13 at least in the US. The video is legal in the US but I just took the clip section that is showing at the above URL since it looked adult. Then the video was then destroyed since I didn't want it in my house or computer and certainly never appeared on my site.
With my site and subject to being searched at any given time, I don't need the hassle or have to pay $5000 for an attorney to explain to the district attorney or a judge that the video is legal in the US. In my search for videos and even from some novice producers with models over 18 years old, I pass on anything that looks child like.
Regarding JohnM's video I didn't read the title, nor do I recall the actress wearing any clothes that seemed remarkable, then again they weren't on very long and I viewed her for about the age she is, in her early 20s. I frankly didn't fully understand the negative posts he got. I guess in my case if I read the title I may have viewed it differently but doubt it. It was clear to me it was very legal and I feel even a over zealous law enforcement officer would view it the same.
However, I do destroy videos where their ID is well over 18 if the female or male perp looks under 18 clothed or without clothes.
I have enough problems going on, like everyone else, the last thing I want is a new problem being hassled for something I would never Knowingly do nor have any interest, showing an underage appearing person.
