Best Bluestone Video Ever!

Another one that was very popular is Darkwing Takedown. Many people liked that one as they say it's the one that made them aware of Darkwing. What do you guys think?

One video that's often over-looked, but definitely should be considered one of Bluestone's all time greats is Dark Widow 2: The Real Deal.

I just watched that for the first time in a while and I have to say its an almost perfect video. Claire does it all in that video. She sells the peril, she's cocky at times, witty at other times, then beaten, broken and begging. She's great in both the Dark Widow videos she's in. The video also includes one of the great neck snaps in Bluestone history. Claire just about gets a chance to beg for her life before "SNAP".

IMO: Dark Widow 2 should be on everyone's list of all time greats.

A very popular Bluestone video is Darkwing 11 Dark on Dark. Darkwing saves Supernova from Dark Wondra and goes toe to toe with the evil amazon. In the extreme version, everyone is defeated, even Seer by Deadkill. What do you guys think?

It looks like this discussion has been focused pretty much entirely on the Superheroine videos but let's not forget the spy genre entirely! For me, it was "A Shard of Revenge" that introduced me to Bluestone, and "Final Assignment" that introduced me to my overall favorite actress Lynda. Both of those videos will always be on my list of top videos. It was Lynda that then led me to the Ultrawoman series with "Ultrawoman 1" and it's hard to beat with Lynda strangled twice, one in a dress and then in costume with her magnificent set on display, I don't think she's ever looked more beautiful than as she lay dead on that couch at the end!

Don't overlook "The Saga of the Rogue Agent" with Tiffany and Suzi taken turns strangling each other! Then where do you rank the magnificent Mink in "Sudden Frenzy"? We haven't even touched on the White Angels yet! "WA2" was awesome, with a truly beautiful and sweet agent (Cameron reminds me of her). Who doesn't love September Rose "WA3 &4" and joined by Petra in "WA5"? Then Danica's White Angels may be the best work she's done, with the addition of Claire in several of them to ice the cake! Enter Yvonne, and the entire series is kicked up a notch with her sexy performances, particularly in "WA12" and "WA19" only to take things to a whole new level in "WA23" with her multiple kills of the sexy Destiny and then "WA24" which may be the very sexiest video of all!

A special shout out goes to "The Trap" Claire's long, slow, strangle of the smokin' hot Samantha in that tight catsuit was awesome, with her taunting dialogue throughout! I especially loved when she told her, "There's nothing you can do, just relax and let it happen." and her "Stubborn bitch!" Then I loved how she unzipped the dead woman's catsuit to fondle her neck, bra, and belly. All the trademark stuff that Claire brought to the party that I'm hoping another actress can deliver (Jenny showed potential of this in "Catwarrior 11").

It's a fun debate, but one for which there will never be a consensus. I've got every video in both "Vivacious Vigilantes" and "Sexy Spies" including multiple versions of some, and I couldn't even begin to select a top 10 let alone rank them! I have different favorites for different moods. My frequent go-tos usually include strangulation, topless endings, sexy nylon-clad legs, and good dialogue, but at other times I may be focused on a particular actress rather than specific elements. I can't think of one video, in either series, that I regret buying or was disappointed by.

A very popular Bluestone video is Blackbird Victory Cry. This video focus' on Blackbird fighting for her life against two Gatekeepers. In the extreme version, all of the bluestone heroines are killed. This is the nightmare scenario where the efforts of the sexy heroines are all for nothing as they are eliminated one by one by Mr Lord and Mace.

I'd take September every month of the year! Of all the actresses who played a White Angel in repeat performances, September Rose was my favorite, don't get me wrong, I loved Danica and Yvonne, as well as the two appearances by Tiffany, but there was just something in the way September played the role. There have been a number of delicious one-offs and if Lynda makes another appearance or two, she will certainly make a run at my top spot!

Anything with Lynda in it has a leg up on the competition right off!

Utrawoman 8 was actually very close to being one of the favorites. It had a lot of great elements that were well played. But there was one thing that screamed in my head foul. It had been obvious for some time that certain scenes like strangles are recorded after the fact and dubbed into the video. With some videos it works well but this one was off. Lynda was making the same sounds over and over again. As good as the sound was to repeat it that many times took away from the scene. The video with just the elements was 8.8/10. With the repeating sounds 7.2/10. Now one of the greatest examples of how this worked well was White Angle 5 with Rose being double teamed.

Some say Bluestone's Blackbird Solitary Cry is a classic. What do you guys think?

As I mentioned elsewhere, this is perhaps one of the most "complete" chloroform videos I've seen. Ambushed in her sleep, the chloroform was for the purpose of kidnapping her. Very sexy négligée she was wearing and some nice shots of her sheer panty for those who love those! Nicely teased strip job there, (I wonder if there is any extra footage of that?) so that she arrives at her destination in her work clothes. Her removal from the trunk of the car fully justified the delightful two-man carry, and of course the gratuitous cleavage view was almost obligatory when working with the very busty Cara Swift!

Handcuffing her to the pole brings in a bondage element and establishes that they respect her skill as a fighter. Once she awakens, we have her futile attempt to use her cry to disable her captors followed by their far more effective use of their taser, giving us an enjoyable bit of jiggling jugs, in the process! Then the interrogation begins, thus explaining why she was chloroformed instead of simply killing her as she slept!

The interrogation fails of course, and she's introduced to the new Deadkill, and we are treated to a nice period of choking before she manages to free herself and fight back. The fight is agreeably brief before the bad guys get the upper hand and the serious punishment begins. Beating, choking, and a broken back later, her fate is basically sealed and only the official execution remains. She dies in a beautiful and sexy manner (is anything Cara does NOT beautiful and sexy?) and we are treated to a lovely death stare and another sexy two-man carry to oblivion

This was, pretty much, a complete story, and Blackbird really died the moment the men entered her room, her body just hadn't gotten the word yet! The dialogue throughout was top-notch! Clear, concise, and non-repetitive, defiant on her part, and sadistic on the part of the leader. I always love when the villain flat-out tells the heroine that he's going to kill her. From the moment they woke her in bed, this could only end with her destruction, or theirs. As he told her, "Your fate has already been determined." Lying helplessly on her back as the sword appears, her face finally showed fear, yet she rose to meet her end. A final cry of defiance and the thrust of the sword ended her life. Checking her neck for a pulse and finding none, we hear a satisfied "You lose again, songbird." and are treated to another sexy two-man carry (cleavage prominently displayed) as she is taken away to her oblivion.

It lacked only two images that would've made it absolutely perfect for me. I would've liked to have seen a pan of her actually lying in the trunk before they removed her, and I would've loved a closing body pan of the dead Blackbird, lying in a dumpster partially covered with trash.

I'd love to see more like this, I love when the villains go after the heroine's on their own turf and the concept of carrying them away before the main action begins elsewhere here worked very nicely! Also, I'd love to see more use of a car. There were several really nice car strangles in the old Silk 'n Blood series, but I don't think I've ever seen another with the babe in carried in the trunk, and it adds something special. I can see this working well in an episode of SYCC, but I'll describe that idea in the relevant topic.

All-in-all, this was an outstanding video and after carefully analyzing it, I think it's now in my Top 5 so Bravo! Is there any additional footage available for this one? It might be interesting to see what ended up on the cutting room floor!
