Today it was the extra footage.
Just want to know when we will receive the two SYCC episodes. The 2 episode were part of the package, but I haven’t received them, maybe it’s just an oversight. Thanks

Check you junk/spam folder. Both SYCC episodes were sent out before the Extra Footage reels.

What a deal they got by supporting our latest pre-pay package! Add to this the fact that they received their videos long before we can even sell them publicly, since our new store is still under construction.

Herein, probably lies the problem:

"We are selling only 30 Pre-Pay Packages, so first come, first served!"

If you were not one of the first 30 orders, that's probably why the payments were refunded.

Herein, probably lies the problem:
