Yes, his weight went up and down in that period. Domingo was in his prime and Luciano had to compete with his superior acting skills, better body etc. When it came to high notes however...smudger wrote:Il maestro.
Actually he looked quite slim in that one as it was 20 years ago.
Competition is a good thing.
