Petra has a gun battle with a federal agent, but then her gun jams, so she surrenders, BUT the agent doesn't recognize her surrender.
He decides to put her down like a rabid dog, and save the taxpayers the expense of a trial.
He shoots her three times, making her suffer, before he drives a slug onto her head to finish her!
