Also, I am getting email inquiries which seem to indicate that people are confused about what it means to join the Club. The most common question is, "Can I opt out of some of the Membership videos, or do I have to buy them all?"
The answer is that you will be free to opt in and out as you wish. Members are simply given the option to pre-buy special Members Only offers, such as the "Supernova/Supernova Prime vs. Doomsday" Special Limited Edition video package featuring two $25 episodes, together with deleted scenes and loads of stills, for only $40, a saving of at least $10. Now, you can either opt into this offer, or give it a pass, but only those who opt in get this special offer. At least 3 days before the regular versions go on sale, this offer will expire. Only those who opt in will get it.
The second most popular question is, "Do I have to pay $20 just to join the Club?"
The answer: No. All you have to do is express your interest on this thread, and, if you want to pre-buy a members' video, you pay for it. It's that simple. No additional membership fees, or recurring billing. You simply get to buy special videos at a special price... just for expressing your interest in supporting this initiative. Now, what could be easier than that?
So, why are we asking for 100 people to commit to the idea, if there's no obligation? Well, because it makes no sense for us to put together these Membership specials if there is not enough interest.
