I would be willing to invest something, but I would have to know more about the details, including the actress and a general idea of what kind of scenario it would be - obviously not a completed script, but a general direction the script would take.
As I've already said, I would want the orgasm element to be a lot more prominent than it has been before (almost like the Athena squirting version except with the element as actually part of the script). If I'm going to invest, I wouldn't want it to be only in the ending like WA19 and 20 but featured throughout. It might make sense for the movie to be a sequel to either WA19 or 20 (depending on which actress you get) in which the villain taunts the White Angel about the fact strangulation/her demise turns her on.
So I would definitely want an actress who is comfortable doing that, and who would be fine being topless as well (unless it's Lynda, who I understand doesn't do topless anymore). My guess is that Yvonne would be the safest bet.

Falleen, this is how it works, you rally up the troops via money and all of you who are interested in this kind of video tell us what you want and we'll try our best to kick out a video with the elements in, I'm not sure how much has to be raised - ask Blue - but hit the target and it will get made. With videos such as this, we will not simply make it on spec, because it may not sell enough copies to ever break even on the cost, simply because we do not know how much interest there is in seeing such a video made. So, we need to know that there are at least enough people who would together contribute at least $2,000 to cover a portion of the costs of making this proposed video. Early in this thread, I quoted a cost of $3,000, but it's looking like this one will not require the use of superheroine powers, two superheroines, or other such costly elements. So, we can do this for $2,000 in commitments, but we need each contributor to commit at least $100 in order to get a squirting orgasm video done. If a contributor wants other elements, he would have to contribute more. So, we'll need 10-20 contributors, depending on what they want to see. So, let's stop talking about it and get this project on the go. Falleen, do you want to get the ball rolling? I have scanned this thread and neither you nor anyone else has offered a dollar contribution. What are you willing to chip in? Let's say we go with the following scenario, unless someone else throws in a couple'a hundred for something different:
1. Yvonne would be the actress, and the title will be "What If Stephanie Kane was Catwarrior?"
2. She takes on the Red Ribbon Strangler who defeats her, unzips her costume, and throttles her.
3. She is getting aroused, and he is enjoying her so much that he takes his time with her, and she's convinced that he's going to release her to take her up on her seductive offer to screw him right and proper... er, improper... like wild cats... purrr! LOL!
4. He eventually finishes her after many orgasms.
5. To see if we can draw in some Peril fans, there would be an alternate ending where he does release her, and she turns on him and snaps his neck, saying, "Now, that's what really turns me on!"

Can you work with that as a framework, guys?

Personally, I REALLY like that scenario. Glad Yvonne would be doing it. I also have no problems if it was the same elements, but it was a White Angel video, and every time she actually died, and then came back to life, more turned on each time (this would allow multiple angles/styles of death, so someone like LTerry's suggestions could be incorporated). But if WA themed video is a no-no, then I have no problem with Yvonne as Catwarrior (and I like the mask). If Yvonne is comfortable, some breast fondling (by the assailant and even self-induced) would be great as well.
