Now, you are not planning to expose our community in a public courtroom are you. While I understand your frustration, I don't understand why you would put the whole community at risk for vindication. While you might be victorious, whatever that would mean, you would put that forum and everything related (the people and producers on it and other sites and forums connected to it or referenced on it) to it under a spotlight.

While there have been many--MANY times in the past where indiscretion of others (in this community) have cost me considerable income, I have opted to let it drop in order to simply survive. There was another case involving this community that ended recently that left a necro empire broken and in shambles.

Why expose us. Just ignore DS and it will go away.

Further thoughts: I wrote this real fast cause I am babysitting at the moment. But, if I am mis-interpreted what you meant by court room, then I apologize for jumping the gun. The word "court room" implies publicity and press...so, that is why I was weary and my concern may be unfounded as I am sure you understand the implication of that as well.

Stopping this sh*t is easy, geno wishes it to stop (so he says) if both sites ban any threads posted about the other or their members. this should end it all. its not stopping free speech is it . because you can still have your say on what this sites all about. The topics on ds and geno should just be stopped and if the great geno does the same. all this will go away.

I read everyone's responses. I applaud each of you, for stating cases, as you needed to as individuals. I can see all sides to this (well, except for the one I still can't decipher) story and now, because I will not be "spoiling" for a fight, not that I think I shouldn't...


I shall zip my lip and nothing of this will I mention again.

I will put Myself, Psycho-Thrillers, COH, Bella Morte, Against Her Will, Horror Variety Theatre, CnB, Horror Dolls, Wicked Works, Vicious Visions, Inshadow, EWP, Brutal Tales, Powershotz, and every other site that produces taboo content and stuff more extreme then you---on notice.

On notice that:

#1, Either produce content that "safe" (whatever that means).

#2 Quit.

or

#3 Keep doing what works for them.

Paul, we all just want to be left alone to do our things and support ourselves. That is all. I would never think of taking that away from another producer or focusing attention on this community for a stupid-ass forum. A neighbor--I understand. A forum--forget it. You would hurt so many and to blame it on Geno or the producers? Really? Blaming others is one of the key systems of being a narcissist or sociopath. I know, because I am the opposite of both. Maybe that is why I care so much. Altruism has a price, however, maybe I am seeing that play out. Anyhow....I only wish for everyone success because everyone in there own right deserves it.

Not sure it's that easy, Snuffit. In the recent past, many things have been said or done on DeadSkirts that have seriously impacted members here. Paul would not be threatening a lawsuit lightly. I have basically been ignoring DS and Geno as much as I can over the past several weeks. I have not advertized my last couple of Silk Video releases there, nor have I posted there. Notwithstanding my attempt to simply ignore what happens over there, I must allow those who are injured by events over there to have their say here. For example, if Kelli or another member is attacked on DS and is hurting, she has every right to come here and talk it through. How can I silence her, or Paul, or any of the other members who have been badly hurt on the other board. Yes, it would be nice if DS completely ignored FF and pretended that it didn't exist, but we cannot do likewise, because our doors must always be open to those who need a safe haven in this community and who are attacked for speaking their minds elsewhere in this community.

It is a very difficult balance to maintain, to peacefully co-exist, but to stand up for those who have been wronged on DS, but it is a balance that we shall always strive to maintain. DS exists. We cannot close our eyes and pretend that it doesn't, but we can rest assured that there is no way that DS Management is going to influence what we do here. As long as they leave us alone and treat members of our community fairly, we will ignore them. When they cross the line, we shall always be there to speak out against injustice and to keep them honest and accountable.

I'd say something is sadly lacking if that is the case. The minute I would have to rely on that to make a living is the day I would retire. You can argue with me all day long on this and try to make me look like the bad guy. I'm not the bad guy.

I was holding my own way, way, way, way before that. Paul, I can produce anything I want and be right where I am because, Paul, the formula is simple. Do a good job, care about your customer, produce a good product. That's it.

I produce this variety of content because I want to. It interests me as an artist to do all sorts of story lines with all sorts of subject matters. I have two stores. 1 hardcore, 1 not. I could stop hardcore today and support my 1 store and be right where I am.

In addition, I could stop incest themes which I have done about 14 out of 325 times. I could stop the prego themes---which I have done 2 times. I could stop movies in schoolgirl costumes--I have 2 of those. I could even pull those 18 out of 325 movies and be fine. It has nothing to do with that. It has exactly to do with that you could put a general spotlight on this community.

So, let me just ask the community. Is that cool? Do you care? In 14 years a few people have pissed me off, said bad things about me, harassed me, send me viruses, etc, etc. I have never felt so scared or jaded that I would even remotely consider opening any of this up to the public.

It has to do with the whole community--the producers, the customers, the lurkers, the moderators--everyone. To make this about me being scared--sure, that is part of it. But regardless of what I produced, I would have the exact same response. Exactly the same.

That's all I am saying Paul. Community. Community.

On the other hand, could be a good way to reduce the competition. (just a joke)



Anyhow, I said what I need to say. Really, the community could weigh in. It could effect what is produced, who is looking at these forums, etc. I am sure outsiders look at these forums all the time, but the scrutiny of a judge is not something that even if we were all producing videos that were just like yours, be something we would want. Of course if everyone produced the same level of content, it would really not be a very competitive market and it would certainly reduce choice for everyone. Ultimately, isn't it about the choices available for adults to make?

Anyway, you can counter if you like, Paul. I am good to go on your your points and now you know mine, so unlike what never seems to happen between the two forums, I will LET IT REST.

And Paul, don't ever think I don't respect you as a producer and any of your opinions. This is just one of those things I needed to chime in on.

Blue i value your point, but surely if geno wants to bring peace between the two boards all he has do do is too ban any threads or posts concerning this site.
I DO HOWEVER say this with tongue in cheek because i DO NOT think for one minute he will do that. He seems to want to get back here that badly that he will allow this to go on and on
in the hope your good self will let him back to keep the peace, what he does not realize letting him back will cause havoc.

All of this nonsense is going to hurt this community in the long run. LET IT GO! Stop the threads. Stop the responses to DS. The bottom line is that people have allowed 1 (ONE) person, 1 PERSON, to have such an influence over this community. I find it ridiculous, and I know I am not alone. The only reason he has any sort of influence or power is that you have allowed him to have it. Geno is a person who can barely complete a sentence correctly, yet here is another 3 plus page thread about him. And it is him. Not the Deadskirts site. 99% of the members there could care less about this "war".
Oh, this notion of a "war" between the boards sounds like something that would come out of an elementary school by the way. What's next, are they all going to egg our house tomorrow night too?
Right now this site, FF, is the hostile site which seems to be obsessed. Other than Geno, life goes on as usual over at deadskirts. I hope that I see a 5 page thread here with some passion in which the word Deadskirt or Geno are not in it.
Stop acknowledging him and his silly posts and such and I promise you it will go away!

The constant replying and updates about Geno and the "look what he said now" threads is showing that you are no better than he is. Stop giving this thing life! For the sake of this community, ENOUGH!
