They are 5 heart valves, one in rigth side and four in left side of her chest, so the killer can listen the hole valves with his stethoscope for many seconds(Ivone's heartbeat in background), then the figth will start when Ivone realize of the murderer, she will win at the beginning, but then the poison will squeze Sienna's heart so she will start to loose counscious and clutch her chest, the fake doctor can kill Ivone by stabbing her with a big sword or a knife directly and deep in the left side of her chest, the killer will confirm the dead by auscultating once again Ivone's faintly, and more faintly and slowly beat of heart in her breathless chest(background will specify Ivone's last heartbeating), the fake doctor will check her beautiful heart by putting his stethoscope on her nice big chest.

Olivia has come over to the U.K. before now. If she ever does again, and you can coincide with filming dates, than anything is possible.
What is more feasible, and I believe that olivia may well be up for this if you approach her carefully, Blue, is that she films her own segment in the U.S., perhaps talking in to the camera giving a msision briefing or one of her famous 'video diaries', at the start or inserted somewhere in to one of your movies. That is more than possible and I think it could be done.

As I've said before, I'd love to see the same cast, scenario, and outfit as Dark Wing 19, done again with her being fatally strangled instead of stabbed. For me, the final stabbing spoiled the video.

Well, Yvonne or Sienna are my strangled divas. I would love to strangle one of them topless with my own hands, while them touching her gorgeous breasts and explode in too many orgasmic squirts! Ultrawoman (Lynda) vs an overwhelming adversary like in Ultrawoman 6: Catching A Break. Ultrawoman is slowly worn down, never being depowered by outside means. She simply gets outclassed. After a grueling, brutal bout, Ultrawoman is eventually broken and it finishes with a neck snap.

Lynda is great at playing the defiant and confident superheroine and is my personal favorite so seeing her Ultrawoman character slowly lose a battle on an even playing field would be an instant buy for me.
