Yes, and the eyes need to be open as well, otherwise she might just be choked out. It's also always nice to see her neck checked for a pulse, and after an appropriate close-up of the death stare, the killer can close her eyes if desired. Another nice intimate touch that I love, is for the heroine to die with some hair in her face, and for the killer to gently brush it aside before checking for a pulse, etc.

One of the hottest elements of White Angel 15 was the heroine being told that if she lost this fight, there would be no regeneration, that this sword could kill her permanently.

That image of the woman lying with her tongue protruding in White Angel 5 is still a favourite of mine

I'd love to see the technique of the finale in Wondra Payback used again. The change in music, the switch to slo-motion, the punches delivered one at a time, the final sink to her knees for the execution. I loved the way she slumped against the leg of the thug, and could only wait as the lasso was looped around her neck and to be drawn tight! The helplessness and total defeat was really driven home here, and it would be even more satisfying with the most powerfully built heroines like Darkwing, or Ultrawoman! The idea of that happening to Lynda, as Ultrawoman, is particularly appealing!
