I loved the way the knife was used in this episode, as intimidation rather then for the kill. I'd love to see this done again! Perhaps dragging the point lightly over particularly sensitive parts of the body, such as tracing the outline of the bra cups. The use to cut open the bra and flip the cups aside was particularly hot!
