Supernova looks like she is really going to get her butt kicked in this one. Cannot wait at all

While I feel sad to see Danica leave, I can't help but admit that Melody Sky from Supernova Prime did a great acting job and, judging by these photos, it also looks like Melanie is going to be a perfect fit for the role (just look at her expressions in these pictures!)

Also, I don't know, there's something about Melanie that makes her look somewhat more Super-girly. She looks/feels right in that role.

I just love the idea of the live tv scenario. Broadcasting her defeat to every watching makes her defeat that much more satisfying and dramatic.

I've used the phrase "More Supergirl than Supergirl" as a tag line for the new Supernova! What I think you've touched on is that Danica was a grest looking Superwoman, but Melanie is a great looking Supergirl, and that's our focus in casting her for the role. We weren't out to replace Danica, we were out to cast the best actress to take Supernova to the next stage in her development... giving her a secret identity... yanking it away... leaving this powerful alien woman alone against the forces of this world and her own! This series is about to take off just like Supernova takes off into the sky to battle someone who matches her power for power! "Supernova 12: Secrets" is more than a battle of female titans... it is the jumping off point for a new and exciting Supergirl-ish adventure series! Melanie is gorgeous, has the acting experience that we were looking for, and IS SUPERNOVA!

I agree, Danica is stunning but did not have a "girly" look although she did make an amazing Supernova.

Melody is just fantastic, a huge hit with me and if Melanie lives up to how great she looks I know there are going to be more great Supernova tales unfolding.

I can't wait for this epic showdown

Supernova is going to get beaten by both supernova prime and gatekeepers? You guys can't give her a break can you...lol. So excited for what looks to be one of the best episodes to date. Can't wait to see her suffer a humiliating defeat in front of everyone who is watching the live tv feed.

Loving the preview pics, I am always keen to see civilian guise, this all looks amazing!
