As far as I can tell, I'm the only one who took issue with it so there's not really much of a fuss. I'm merely expressing an opinion on something that I feel very strongly about and other people are doing the same. In regards to your question, I'm not terribly fond of Darkwing's other boots either given the yellow patent leather material which is far from chic. If the members on the forum want to come up with a reasonable alternative to the current options, I'd be willing to compensate Bluestone Productions for the cost of the current heel-less boots (to write them off), plus the cost of the new boots assuming I have final say and that the total cost of everything is less than $200 USD after shipping. I should probably add in the caveat that this would be done closer to the time of the next Darkwing production to ensure actual usage.

@Director B - As an administrator, you probably have access to my extended profile (site application). Give it a once over if you want to get a better idea of how seriously I take the boot selection of production studios.

Honestly, I like the yellow boots just because I think they look better with the suit. I mean, yes, the heel gives that curve to her physique. But I just thought the boot looked more "heroic". It also made her form more physical, since the background in your Darkwing videos tend to be darker. So the dark colors of her suit and boots can often cause the shape of her physique to get lost in the background.

I prefer the black boots, myself. I've never been a big fan of the yellow boots. In two minds about the heel - a long spiked stiletto heel is sexier, but very impractical.
Also I don't much care for her big yellow gloves, they remind me too much of Marigold Kitchen Gloves! Smaller ones would be sexier, IMO, or failing that slimmer ones that go above the elbow.

I suppose it's worth clarifying that my lack of interest in this particular video is based solely on personal preferences and is not indicative of its overall quality. True to Bluestone Productions, the film maintains a level of polish which far exceeds that of other superheroine content producers.

For me stiletto heels are a must, impractical or not, they should be de rigour for all Superheroines, lol.
