I believe the message KHP is refering to, as well as Kevin is the one Bluestone user POSTED AFTER THAT ONE, which has since been erased.

There are no existing proofs for the accusation right now but some of us have indeed seen a post. Cant quote exactly what was written in it. But from now on, whenever a discussion is arised, lots of us will be saving copies. So this never happens again.

As you probably know, I am not a moderator or administrator on DS. As far as I can tell, I do not have the power to delete a post. I only, like other board members, have the power to edit a post that I have made, and if I do the date of the edit is recorded on the post. So, if your recollection is that you saw a post after my last one at that time that completely disappeared, I couldn't have deleted it. The posts that are there now are the only posts that I made. If there was another post, it was neither made by me or deleted by me. That is what Paul doesn't appear to understand. So, I shouldn't have been blamed at all for this disappearing post, since I have no ability to make a post disappear on DS.

Now, let's analyze the other allegation to the effect that Geno or one of his moderators made a post under my name on DS. I know that DS works like FF, and Geno is correct that he cannot view a member's password, he can only change it. So, in order to hijack a member's account, he would have to change the password, and the member would then be unable to access his/her account without being provided with a new password. I'm still using the same DS password that I've used for years. So, I think it is also unfair to accuse Geno of hijacking my account. Personally, I don't think he did.

So, where does that leave us? People say that they saw a post. I never made a post, and I never deleted a post, nor could I. Apparently, some people such as you saw something, but only Paul seems to remember the exact contents. I was completely blindsided by his accusations, since I was spending my time setting him up with an FF membership, an advertising account and FTP access so that he could post free videos on the video share forum. So, why would I be posting against a guy who I was hoping would be a good, contributing member of FF. It doesn't make sense.

I'm not calling anyone a liar here. Some people, including Paul, saw something, but it wasn't a post made by me, and it wasn't a post deleted by me. That's all I know.

As it turns out, there is now indeed a post by me on DS saying essentially what Paul accused me of saying before, and I did make that post, it better not disappear, and I take full credit for it. I always take credit for my remarks whether I'm right or wrong. I do NOT run around deleting posts that I should never have made in the first place. I own up to any statements that I make. That is who I am! I had no reason whatsoever to make the disputed post at that time. In fact, it would have been a very stupid thing to do. Plus, I really respected Paul at that time and championed his position regarding the Britton remark. I was wrong about my impressions of Paul. I now know what type of an individual he is. So, I can now say without a doubt that I am happy that he was tossed off of DeadSkirts and I am extremely happy that he resigned from FF.

Don't worry, people. This post will not disappear, and I stand behind my comments here 100%.

Now, I really do think that it's time to end the blame game. I won't lock this topic, or force an end to this discussion. I am simply making a suggestion as a member, not as a moderator, that this unpleasant topic has been beaten to death.

For the record, I don't support "Dr." Don. I did in the beginning before I found out what really happened. He says I said he was doing child porn. I did not. But there was good reason for the authorties to go after him. It isn't liable when it's the truth. He basically has done the same thing Rob Blavogavich of Ill did. Run around claiming to be innocent when there was a good reason they went after him. He has lied to every one and his friends continue to lie to every one. Pennpaul, Geno and apparently Bluestone as well. This once again is not some one I want to be linked too. Him or his friends.

I have all the transcripts and there is no secrets Paul. They went after me the second time as a retaliation for my having served notice of a civil action against the attorney general for damages. I did that after the Supreme Court of Canada refused to grant leave for hearing the Crown's Appeal.

JAFA has this decision posted, and it says, "female actors depicting extreme violence and death, there were no sexual acts."

According to s 485 of the Criminal Code of Canada the Crown had 90 days to issue a summons and serve it on me for the new trial. I did not hear from them, so after 90 days from the day the of the Supreme Court decision, I filed notice of a civil action. The Crown retaliated by issuing a summons, but it was long past the 90 days. Section 485 deems the case dismissed after 90 days "for want of prosecution." So the whole trial was in violation of the criminal code. If you read the grounds for appeal, this is the number one issue on the list.

The evidence used at trial was the old psv websites and the videos. So there are no secrets Paul, and there never has been.

Linly and Holly testified that they were treated with absolute respect. Anyone that was a member or has seen the videos has seen all of the evidence. There is no sex in the videos I made.

You are only making yourself look willfully ignorant of the facts and malicious when you post lies and crap like you have been.

And as I mentioned, because of the nature of Don's case, I want nothing to do with him either. You obviously are okay with it which I'm not okay with that. I want it crystal clear that I want no part in that or the general disrespect for women. I want every one to know that KHP does not tolerate that, ever! Don is now a felon and those of you aiding him can be charged with aiding a felon when the authorties find out he is violating his probation. It is my understanding, you can be extroditied to Canada to face charges if you don't already live in Canada. I want to make sure my name is NOT on that list.

KHP(Paul) The only person that is in danger of being prosecuted in Canada is YOU, in civil court, for spreading malicious lies. I can have a process server easily find you, so watch your mouth Paul. Once you are served you will have 30 days to file a Statement of Defence and if you don't file one I will make a motion for summary judgement and then turn it over to a collection agency. You will pay or have your credit rating completely destroyed.

Is that what you want? It's not what I want. All I want to do is see people getting along and having some fun. But when you come along spewing out this verbal diarrhea it makes it real hard for everyone.

Not to worry. I do not delete posts from this site, unless they involve some illegality. I know for a fact that Paul made these statements, and your comments are also fair statements in response. Although, I do not want to encourage parties to threaten legal actions here, in this case the party in question, Paul, has knowingly circulated lies about me and made threats of physical violence against me. Therefore, I have no problem with Don stating his position that he has grounds to sue Paul of KHP, because I also have grounds to sue Paul for defamation of character and for threatening. Paul will get no protection on this forum for his blatant lies against respected members of this community. I know that he continues to circulate these lies on other message boards outside of the three major community boards. Yes, Don, if he doesn't curtail his libelous actions, you won't be the only one dragging him into court! I've had quite enough of his paranoid lies and self-righteous attitude! I no longer have any respect for the man at all!

It's not my forum (obviously) but, I would save the pages and remove the entire thread. He started the thread in the first place, and since it contains his malicious rantings I would not give him a voice by keeping it alive. The other way of looking at it would be to leave it and let people see how mean and malicious he is. But I'm afraid some people might believe his malicious lies. I hope that isn't the case.

I don't even know Paul and he doesn't know me. He certainly knows nothing about my case. I have seen some of his videos and thought they were pretty darn cool, and I never said a bad word about them.

Geno and I differ in many respects, of course. One of them is the deleting and editing of posts. On DS, posts are deleted, sometimes in a wholesale fashion. I know that every post that Paul ever made on DS is now gone. Also, on FF we only allow a short period of time for a poster to edit their post, basically for the purpose of correcting grammar, etc. If they come back a few days later, they cannot amend what they said. I believe this keeps everyone honest. What was said is not open for dispute. This was the basis of Paul's whole argument against me. He basically said: There was a post, this is what it said, and now it's gone. There was no record of this mythical post, so he could go on and on spreading lies as to the contents of this ghost post.

Don, I appreciate your input. Yes, some people might read and believe Paul's posts here, but I believe they have been sufficiently countered both by you, me and most of the other posters who know you and me much better than Paul ever did. I am content that those remarks stay up forever. He had every opportunity before he resigned his membership to retract these remarks or qualify them, but he chose not to do so. Therefore, they shall remain a record of the lies that he tried to spread and the angry and intrasigent character that he possesses. This topic will sink down the list naturally once everyone has had their say on the matter.

I have watched many of KHP's productions. Technically, he is a very good film-maker and f/x technician. Unfortunately, his personality leaves much to be desired. A shame that such a talented man is such a troubled soul.
