One thing I loved about this video is that she was strangled to apparent death, revived, and then was shot. The beauty of this format is that those who prefer a bloodless strangulation death can just stop at that point, and those who prefer the bloody finale can still get their preference as well!
Another example of this format was in White Angel 25, where after a long and wonderful strangulation death, Yvonne "regenerates" and is slowly and brutally stabbed to death. It was a great finale for stabbing fans, but personally, I stop before the regeneration because the stabbing does nothing for me. Similarly, White Angel 19 follows an incredible strangulation by regeneration and shooting death. By contrast, Darkwing 19's apparent strangulation "death" came at the beginning of the video and while there was some promising choking throughout the rest of the video, it was clearly focused on a stabbing death, so there is no opportunity here to enjoy the appearance of a bloodless death.
This could be a very effective format for future episodes. So long as there is time for a nice body pan between the completion of the strangulation and the heroine reviving, this works well. It might even be worth considering offering an alternate version with the blood ending left out entirely.
