That was actually Darkwing 7, and I loved the brutality of her murder. I particularly loved that moment when she lay helpless as he stroked her hair just before putting her in the final choke hold that would snap her sexy neck! Leaving her topless body on full display for whomever might find it.

One of the rare examples of when I buy a Peril version that isn't a fatality for the heroine. That image of her standing there topless touching her own throat and obviously reflecting upon the nearness of her escape and realizing she might've died, was sexy enough to need the video!
