What I propose is that for stabbing and shooting demises, the same elements apply.
Wear her down with a stab to the stomach, then a stab to the chest (not heart), then a thrust directly center chest. Let her expire without a camera cut, then pull the blade out and thrust once or twice more near the same place, where she only reacts physically to the blow, not out of pain (she's beyond pain).
Same with bullet hits. Same pattern. The pattern you've got for asphyx is good - simply apply it to blades and bullets.
I would recommend 4-5 stabs/shots, with the final 1-2 being overkill, i.e. her body reacts to the impacts, but no pain registering.
Now obviously this can't go on for 2-3 minutes like asphyx, but the asphyx can be a precursor to the final demise. So instead of a single stab death, which occupies all of about 5 seconds (compared to 2-3 minutes of asphyx), the stabbing/shooting death can be more like 20 seconds, which is more reasonable, I think.

Just my 2 cents, but it is always what I look for.

I'm with tiberius! Multiple shootings and/or stabbings are definitely what I look for (and when I have the money, buy).
