I don't mind shooting, or any mode of death, actually. I just know that I tend to tune out when the same method is used multiple shoots in a row. It's obviously Blue's choice. But if it were me, I'd change it up every episode. For example, if this episode has shooting, I'd maybe go strangulation, stabbing, or something new on the next one. Or, lets say you were to do a new Catwarrior video (just as an example). The previous one had a knife death. So I'd make sure to do something different on the next Catwarrior film.

This next issue maybe doesn't apply as much to this release, as it's Supernova Prime. But 3 very recent releases were all "Wonder" inspired heroines, and all died by shooting. So it can certainly seem repetitive. I love the actresses behind Dark Wondra, Ultrawoman, and Wonderkick. All are amazing in their own ways. But all videos featured the "check list" of a lot of the same elements we see in most of these films, followed by a shooting death. When that happens, they can tend to seem interchangeable. Although at least Wonderkick had toplessness as an element.

For me, the best videos are the ones that have had unique perils or deaths. "Jailbreak" had a stabbing death, but it was unique, due to what Supernova was stabbed with, and how.

Darkwing 1 was unique because, yes, you've done tons of strangle deaths, but Yvonne sold it fantastically, and couldn't fight back, as her arms were bound behind a pole.

Darkwing: Takedown, had a stab, followed by the sword she was impaled with being electrified. Putting a new spin on a commonly used death.

So if I were to give feedback, I'd say it's to come up with more unique and creative perils and deaths.

I'm thinking they are getting bitter about the "club" getting disbanded and at this point not even trying to please most fans.Like I said,having TWO Melody videos in a row and NOT any chloroform scenes in it is complete crap.Especially after she shot down what would have been a great custom video because she didnt want to do certain things,what else do you have going on sweetheart??I think if the next melody video doesnt have chloroform in it or even a gas or dart ko in it,then I dont see the point in buying these anymore.I'd like to hear from BLUE himself why these things are not in the next videos.I know you can never please everyone but when you dont even try??Most of the other producers are all producing the same old tired crap but at least Bluestone had the best looking girls,but now not willing to do what they did before,then like I said why buy them?

I have been suggesting some new ideas for BLue and Mr B to try with their actresses, as have several other fans, customers and interesting superheroine fans (like Mr Badger, and also Tiberius).
The problem is that Blue's company has taken such a couple of big hits last year, what with Melanie leaving and more importantly piracy/illegal distribution of their movies as well as being betrayed by someone he trusted in the new Superheroine club, w hich ended up being disbanded as a result.
Sadly, no production company can deal easily with these sort of problems. Getting new actresses in is difficult but not impossible, neither is trying out new ideas or listening to the fans for what they want to see in a movie (so long as it doesn't cost much money). Funnily this time last year people were complaining about the number of strangulation movies coming out of Bluestone productions, these days they complain about the amount of shootings!
The biggest problem though facing Blue and Mr B is piracy and people passing on or distributing their movies illegally. If this continues, then they will have to, reluctantly, fold and withdraw altogether from the industry.

By the way, Richpartist, I've continually contacted Bluestone and asked for NO CHLOROFORM! NO POISON DARTS! NO GAS ATTACKS!
I always thought those things ruin the movie. I prefer the villain to just plain be stronger / more powerful than the heroine. I hate it when the villain needs to resort to something like chloroform to win. I know there are others out there that agree with me on that score.

Bluestone has also taken a beating out there on other forums for too much strangulation. Yet, on this forum people demand strangulation.

I really think you all are over-reacting. Bluestone seems like a group of people who enjoy what they do and try hard to please as many of us as they can. You say "TWO videos in a row with no Chloroform is complete crap"... I say "Yay, none of that damned Chloroform ruining the movie." Somebody else says "Too many shooting deaths." Somebody else says "Yay, a bunch of shooting deaths." It is literally impossible to please everyone.

Personally, I think Melody is hot as the blacktop in summertime. And I'm sure comments like "What else you got going on, Sweetheart?" don't make her thrilled to come back and make more videos. Are you really accusing them of not even trying???? Man, Richpartist, I hope you were just having a bad day when you decided to chime in on the forum, because to be honest, in my humble opinion, you are being a bit unfair. ...and kind of mean spirited.

Anyhow, I'm jazzed for the new release especially since we'll be able to get both versions with a credit card. I'm hoping the video is great. If it is, I'll be back here to rave about it. If it isn't; I'll comment back here with constructive thoughts. Either way, I vow not to call it crap. Not to accuse anyone of not trying. And not to have any personal attacks at the on screen talent.

Can never make everyone happy. That's for sure. Some people just don't seem to understand that concept. They have to always get the they want.

In honesty, the community on this forums reminds me of some old MMO forums. It's pretty amusing to read sometimes, but I feel bad for Bluestone and Director B.

I don't mind if a vid has elements I don't like. If it's a shooting death I don't buy, no harm no fowl. I only start seeing it as a problem if every video is a shooting death as then I have nothing to buy.

If you like chloro, I'm sure you don't need EVERY video to have it. If you don't like chloro I'm sure you can allow some videos to have it.

As long as there is variety and it's not a ton of videos with the same stuff in a row, that seems to get people riled up a bit.

If I get a Melody video with a great strangling death via garrote like Yvonne has done, I'll be very happy and if the next 2-3 Melody videos are shootings or poison or stabbing, etc... I won't mind or complain as I got what I wanted and I'll wait for the next one.

I don't think any of us can expect that EVERY video or even 75% of the videos are going to cater to all of our wants. I feel some people are now thinking that 100% of videos will not cater to them and that's the issue.

I don't post much anymore because I get fed up of all the negativity, I buy Bluestone videos because of the quality and because I like the actresses.

Sure I am a shooting fan BUT I do not like headhsots simply because it is an instant demise.
I am not really a strangle fan but some strangle videos are superb Athena for example.

As Tim said he likes a powerful heroine being out matched well same here, depowerment is not a huge draw for me BUT I still buy and still enjoy.

From the elements poster it sounds like Prime regains her strength and fights back before being taken down by novanite bullets so this video should be awesome.
