Olaf, the new site is saying "Wrong email or password." when I try to log in. Are users still being loaded into the site?
I tried requesting a password reset but have received no reset link email.

I just tried the new site (I had an account on the previous site). It works well for me - no problems logging in, I have all my credits and my previously bought videos in my account, the interface is very smooth and easy to navigate. It looks great, congratulations, Olaf!

Edit: To add to that, I also bought a video, the download experience was very smooth, with very high download speeds. My only minor quibble is that the preview pictures are smaller than they were on the previous site - but tis is really a minor quibble.

Olaf, I can also confirm my access worked, and the site is much faster than before. Took under 60 seconds to download a newly purchased film.

I work in IT so I'm sure you had a lot of long days sorting out all the issues with a new site.

Love the new site! Much faster, better layout, easy to find videos. Without a doubt the best site in the community! I thought that with the old site too, but this one is even better. I can't wait till you get the credit system working as it did before. I'm not sure how to get PayPal to work lol I'm dumb when it comes to technology. Anyways, great job and good luck! :)

Olaf: Sorry, I forgot I'd disabled PMs! Many thanks for fixing the glitch so quickly, I can now log in, all my credits and videos there, and download speed is back to what it used to be.

Adding to my previous comments, I think the new site is much better laid out as well as being very fast, and in particular the search function is much more precise, it finds exactly what one is searching for.
I also hope you can find a payment solution

I´m really happy that you´re satisfied with our work!

Indeed, the inacceptable slow download rates and the poorly working search function were the main things that lead me to thinking about creating a new site.
And thanks to the Corona-crisis I was finally able to get a loan from the bank to make it happen.

Then in july 2021, when the new site was nearly finished, my current payment provider cancelled our contract after 9 years of successful cooperation.
Fortunately they granted me a notice period of 11 months, so I had nearly a year for searching a new payment provider.
I knew that it will be hard to find one...but I didn´t expect that it will be SO hard.

So getting the website to work is only the smallest of my troubles...
The all-important question is if I will be able to find a payment solution soon.
