Yes this has a death ending, you can see from the pic that the costumed heroine takes gunshots but she is not bloodied, however she then gets transformed back into her purple bikini and discovers a single bloody bullet wound, she takes 2 more bullets that leave blood and it takes around 2 minutes for her to die.

The video has some great belly punching and an X frame scene with electrode stimulation combined with a hammer beat down that severely weakens the super heroine.

My avatar image is taken from the Swiftstrike video which also features multiple bloody bullet wounds and death at the end.
