New FF Moderators!

We are pleased to announce that two well respected members have agreed to serve as moderators of the FF message board!
Nightposter and Kevin67 have agreed to serve in this capacity in the same spirit that the original FF moderators have set since inception. We are all adults here, so our moderators are not playing the role of 'bouncers', they are serving and protecting this community much like our police forces serve and protect our greater community.
If illegal content is posted, such as spam from porn sites or postings involving child pornography, our moderators will see that these posts are deleted and those responsible for posting such illegal content are dealt with appropriately.
As for the usual, often passionate, discussions that have always taken place on this board, free speech shall continue to be the hallmark, provided that it is used with tolerance and mutual respect for other members.
The appointment of new moderators will allow me to spend more time getting Silk Videos content out to you, G-Man to get more FF content out to you, and Grim Reaper to spend more time as FF's advertising agent and PR representative on neighbouring boards. BrianTK will be continuing with his valuable behind-the-scenes technical tasks of keeping this board up and running. So, the original team will still be here, but as FF grows, the team behind FF must also expand to meet the challenge of a much more active board!
So, please welcome your new moderators, and thank them for contributing to our community by taking on this important responsibility.

Blue has given us guidelines (not rules) to watch for, so we are going to be his extra eyes around here.

Thank you for all of you well wishes and I hope that I meet up to your expectations. I consider this job a very responsible one, and I hope I am going to be very busy welcoming
new members. I still intend to write and suggest possible customs which is why I originally
became a member.
I am hoping to keep the board moving by encouraging new ideas and ensuring the threads
remain on topic. This is your board and I know we are all intelligent people, so I am looking
forward to working with all of you. The success of the board is in all of our hands.
MAC- I am looking forward to your PM weekend post, but please don't post that Kevin list.
I promise to call you Mr Mac (heh, heh- nervous laugh).

Nightposter--- It is an big responsibily to handle a job with something that is now considered a major message board in our community Mr. Nightposter. It means setting aside your angers, biases and prejudices and actling like a professional by turning you electronic enemy list off so you can see everything that happens on this board., Nighposter. It means giving all your members fair and equal footing. It means taking your ques from Bluestone and from the regular moderators of the more heavily travelled DS site, and showing a acceptable level of professionalism, even though you are not being paid money. You payment will be comming in the form of erotic pleasure you can get from this board. You must never forget that you represent Bluestone, a very friendly man with high tolerance and super great sense of humor. That any misaction or misuse of your power will be a reflection on this entire site. Finally, Nightposter if you ever feel that you just don't have the tolerance or patience for this job, that's ok too. However instead of having your powers taken away because of misconduct, you should instead e-mail Bluestone and have him revert you back to a regular member again. Don't be afraid to ask him for advice when you think you are up against a problem that may require some enforcement action.
Also keep in mind that no one will hold it against you Nightposter, if the time ever comes where you can no longer handle being a moderator. It's a job most members can't do anyway, because they are here just to enjoy themself erotically and it would be too much of a burden to give them the job of moderator. Even I, being the owner moderator of the other board, have to admit I would enjoy myself even more if DS was ran by someone else in the manner it was design to be. Now I was able to meet the challenge for nearly 5 years on a very heavily travelled board, and make a balance between directing aboard and erotically enjoying myself in this fetish.

I have complete confidence in both Nightposter and Kevin67. They are both right for the job of moderator, and will grow in their skill and experience as the FF message board grows in size and influence. They must be commended for both accepting the position as moderator, and carrying out their duties and handling their responsibilities just as they have been asked to do. They deserve the full support and encouragement of all FF members!

Take your own advice, and people will not have problems with you.
I have been moderating groups for ten years, have never had any problems with any of the members - except a "member "who has brought his brand of controversial postings where ever he shows up, and can't seem to remember that he is only a member, not the owner/ moderator.
I have chosen to ignore him, and from this point on, I'm sure he will make me his single goal in life, I will not post any further replies to his rants.
Bluestone won't do anything. Then I will Nightposter.

You know Nightposter,
..that isn't my idea of accepting the challenge of being a moderator,... where you are posting that you are going to ignore members here, and having these tantrums you are having from time to time. You said you have run boards for 10 years without having a problem with a member. That tells me one of 2 things. Either the board you ran has very low message board traffic as compared to DS, FF, and other sites, or..you are being less than truthful about it. You have not had the same experience with a heavily travelled full function message board, and that is fact Nightposter.
I can't believe someone can get as mad as you Nightposter simply because an outside board is being ran in manner that you don't approve of. I gave you that little pep talk above because I got the funny idea, that you were following me around to harass me and trying to delete one of my post in violation of the Femme Fatalities rules. Yeah! I said "rules" ..not guildlines. IF ever there was hardcore law (absolute rule) on a board protecting free speech, Femme Fatalities has it. Don't try to soften it up by calling it "guildelines", when free speech here is nothing less than a hardcore rule here. If I ever posted on anybody's board, besides DS, that allows free speech to the max and within reason, FF is that board.
I am going do something about you right now, Nightposter. I make you a deal Nightposter that you are going to love. Since you are not allowed to put me your electonic enemy list and you should even want to do it, because you like to play like that. 
I will go on long suspension from this board 30 days or more to start. In exchange I want to enjoy yourself and that time by not having any outspoken members on this board. Take a good look at yourself. When and if I return , if I return, I want to be treated more recieptive and professionally by you. assume you remain a moderator here. Remember no one is required to take the job of moderator if they don't want it, or ..they can't handle it. 
So enjoy the time without seeing an outspoken member on this board. I am leaving this entire site for least 30 days, maybe longer. It's June 1st, 2009...I see you here in July...maybe, if not then longer. Good bye Nightposter. I am dead serious too. My word is my bond. You think about it.
