Part 1 of a 4 part production. Checkout Time - Better Half
Melanie Newman is in town for her 10th college reunion. Husband, Frank, opts for watching a game at a sports bar, and Melanie settles down with a bottle of wine and TV. But, things soon start to get haywire -strange knocks on the door, TV goes crazy, phone inoperative, and finally an attack by an invisible assailant strangling her. After all this she becomes violently ill, vomits a stomach full of maggots, and finally collapses on the floor, bleeding internally into her lungs. Before she can die, the assailant hacks her body in half with a sickle.
She ends up in the morgue, in two pieces and the Medical Examiner notices something that reminds him of another case. To be continued.........
