We don't really have a general topic forum here
This morning Farah Fawcett lost her battle with cancer, she was 62.
I'm sure she was the fantasy of many here, I met her at the Chicago Consumer Electronics Show back in the 70's, she was a real sweetheart in person, and I've never heard a bad thing about her.
The pain is over now
Rest in Peace
You will be missed

As a young man, I had that famous poster of Farah on my wall... the one in the bikini with that smile that brightened the entire room. What a lovely, lovely lady she was!! That smile and that beautiful, gentle soul will be sorely missed!

(P.S. As far as I'm concerned, any topic that relates to beautiful women such as Farah is On Topic and allowed on this forum.)

Err If that's a bikini, what does a one-piece look like?
I'll miss Farrah a lot. She did some nice work besides her role as Jill Monroe. Personally, I liked her better on Harry O.

Hi,
I saw her show on TV and I found it very heartwarming and even hrad to take. I only wished that she had a chance to marry Ryan O' Neal, thay seemed devoted to each other.
Farrah- R.I.P.

This is what I can't quite take in and why I probably have this fetish in the first place. I know Farah had aged and was battling cancer for three years, but when I remember her as she was in Charlie's Angels, and how beautiful she was, I can't quite get my head around the fact of a beautiful woman dying, or even aging for that matter. The death or destruction of beauty, especially that of a desirable woman, at least for me, is at the heart of this fetish. It's the last thing that I'd ever want to see happen... and that seems to be why I'm drawn to it, like a moth to flame.
The headlines (that are not obscured by the Jacko media frenzy) are quoting Lee Majors (Farah's ex husband) as saying, "She was an angel on Earth and now an angel forever"! That's how I like to think of her... Beautiful once again... resplendent in her heavenly body!
So long, Farah!
Live forever in eternal bliss!
