Hello, All:

Since I am still a relative newbie to the community, my only knowledge of Dr. Don is the few clips of his that I own and the back-and-forth that has been going on here and at DS. Can anyone provide a link to any coverage of this case? I'd like to learn more.

OK, so not only did the Court of Appeals pretty much exonerate Dr. Don, there is no mention of CP; there is a reference that the material produced could affect adolescent viewers. But so could an issue of Playboy. Where did the CP allegations come from?

I can only imagine the financial and emotional hardship this has caused Dr. Don, with the appeals process and all.

The source originated with KHP on the DS board back in April, and on at least 3 posts. KHP was banned, and Geno removed the offending posts.

I was invited here a few times, and again just before Geno was banned. I commented in defence of Geno, and suggested others had said worse things than Geno, and therefore no right to cast the first stone against Geno, regardless what he said. I did not mention any names of specific persons that used the CP accusation to harm DrDon on DS. However, KHP flamed me for my post, denied having made the CP allegation, then made a similar allegation again. I defended DrDon, and hence, the flame war began.

Pennpaul, Jafa, Geno, and a few others can verify this.
It appears to be winding down, finally.

Wrong, wrong and wrong. I never said CP. Only John Matrix has said that about it. You will never see the words CP in any post I made about this. Nobody can confirm I said that because I didnt. I said that minors were, at some time exposed to it.

Are what you looking at actual court papers or some one's telling of events?

You may not have used the CP acronym or the exact words, but the message you conveyed is the same in any reasonable person's mind. Regardless, the accusation you do admit to is an accusation of corrupting the morals of a minor under Canadian law. You have no foundation for even making that claim, as there were no such charges. It was clear to me, DrDon, Pennpaul, Jafa, and others that your statement was meant to aggravate, provoke and harm DrDon, as well as his supporters.

Please KHP: deny ignorance!

I refer you to the above for the answer to your answers. You have no legal foundation to make such claims. Believe me, if anything was found, charges would have been laid. They did not just opt for the greater charges. That assertion is fales. Your explanation on your new KHP thread is groundless and irresponsible.

Yes, I checked that thread, have you read it carefully? It does not talk about an underaged person being involved in the productions. I believe that's what Paul of KHP has been saying all along. It is one thing for an underage person to have access to the materials, it is quite another thing for one to film with an underage actor/actress, which would seem to be the CP statement which Paul is denying having made. So, please re-read his post, and tell me if anyone has any evidence that Paul of KHP ever suggested that Dr. Don was involved in CP, because, frankly, I've never seen such a statement made by Paul of KHP either on this board or on any other board. So, please respond to my query, since this appears to be the crux of this whole continuing argument.

KHP's denial of facts, in the face of witnesess that say otherwise, is followed by accusations of criminal conduct that cannot be supported by any evidence.

Myself, Pennpaul, Jafa and Geno saw the allegations made on DS, which led to a threat of civil action against KHP on DS.

KHP has no one, and no evidence to back up his statement. Allowing KHP to freely carry on with his denials and malicious lies is offensive to any reasonable thinking person. You are causing some serious bad blood here Bluestone.

DrDon says you told him in email that his word on the matter was good enough for you and that you would remove KHP's post, which you did. Now you allow him to start up his own thread to do it all over again. And you expect your members to believe you want to get all this behind us and move on?

You might be able to fool a handful of members, but some of us are smart enough to see what you are up to, and it's no good.

When all biases and personal prejudices are set aside, and all desires to win your approval are set aside by members, I am sure most of your members will be offended by what you are allowing KHP to do.

Im not sure you quite know Geno as most of us do. We have had to deal with him for years (in some cases, myself included). With that time knowing someone, you get to understand that Geno brings problems on himself. So sooner or later he`d get banned from here as much as he got a warning from Poisoned Paradigm.

I understand most of your arguments and what you are trying to defend, and I dont intend to get in the middle cause I dont know the facts. However, there is one interesting coincidence here with a similar situation a long time ago.

Over at DS, when Geno attacked Paul to (I quote): "smoke him out" a big hussle started and ended with both Paul and Dennis banned for life. Geno himself admitted they were the first two members to be banned for life from his site.
At the same time, there was one post from Bluestone that seemed to offend Paul. But that same post was deleted afterwards. This caused another fight over hearsays. Where Paul swore he read Bluestone comments, and Bluestone denied those comments ever posted. And there were other witnesses that said they saw those comments (myself included) and others that didnt.

Now again, a couple of months ago. We are talking about a thread with things that have been said by both parties, but the same thread is gonne and NO ONE has any proof, evidence or whatever to support such an accusation.

There is one factor in common: Geno.

Geno has made bullying an act of living. He perpetrated that in Deadskirts, which caused a mass fleeing and new boards showing up (ie: PP. Has anyone ever told you how Poisoned Paradigm was created and how Sadie and Sedira, both creators, were sacked from Deadskirts? after being treated like "mentally sick dykes"?).
Maxs5, BigO, Nightposter, Daemon, and a lot of other respectful users that have always tried a friendly approach with Geno at first, have finally succumbed to the conclusion that the guy is impossible and ends up getting on anyones nerve.
Yes, I do read you have a problem with Max (which seems to relate back in the time). However, Ive read his posts for a long time and over at DS and he has tried -many times- to reason with Geno, until he got sick and tired of trying.

Personally, I believe you are taking this too far and making it more a personal issue against Paul rather than defending a cause you think is fair. I do believe you are totally convinced about your arguments, and you seem like a guy that will defend his ideals till the end. However you are mixing up a lot of different things altogether under one cause, and that makes your claim a little biased.

You are not sure how well I know Geno? You should have asked me because everything you typed after that was based on your fist thought, in your first sentence.

Geno may have destroyed the evidence, or did he? Regardless, in a court of law, two witnesses can send a person to jail, or in some case to their death. Pennpaul, Jafa, myself, DrDon, Geno, possibly Bluestone, possibly you(you do seem to know about this) Dennis(if he is honest enough to come forward, and possibly others saw the posts made by KHP on DS, which did result in the threat of a law suit, and did contribute to Geno booting KHP out.

Four or five witnesses trump the one accuser. End of Story.

I appreciate your willingness to be unbiased and impartial, and your "non attacking", "non flaming" approach to this topic. But I don't think I have any problem understanding what went on, or what is now going on.

Flaming Geno, or encouraging it as Blue has done, and is now doing to me, is not going to help anyone.

But lets make it more simple.

When Blue decided to ban geno for life relying on "proofs" he was not going to make it public, people had to chose wether to trust his judgment or not.

Same fact now. Since no proofs are shown, since no evidence is put to accuse you from saying such things, then im afraid anyone that wants to pursue such accusation will have to either deal with it and let it go, or gather the necessary evidence to estructure the accusation.

And, if you did have the evidence then go take the issue to courtroom. If that is not a plausible option, like Pennpaul has stated on another thread, then there is no more room in here to keep having this argument.

After all, we are accusing each other about things we cannot prove. Thus, we are having a stupid discussion about something that most of us havent actually read on DS. Which makes it basically to be the same with Blue and Geno. We have to chose whom to believe: Paul or Pennpaul/Matrix.
